s indutrial power and trade. The US has been threatening China for decades
with the nonsense containment strategy. The China can't have greater GDP
than America which would mean a Chinese citizen would never be allowed to
make more than 1/4 of what American can. It has been threats, threats,
threats from the US. Under those conditions it would be irresponsible for
the Chinese govt not to tool up

本人 刚defend dissertation， 8月初要离校。 专业是polymer science and
engineering. polymer 方面的 基本skill 我都会 （比如 polymer synthesis,
polymer processing, characterization etc). 前段时间 忙着毕业， 没怎么投入找
工作。 现在 开始准备了。
烦请 有这方面内推机会的朋友 能不能照顾下， 我将感激不尽。
我注意到 cincinnati 附近的公司（but not limited to）： PPG indutries 和
Belcan （in milford, OH) 还有Trylak Technologies （in cincinnati or clumbus,
OH) post的 polymer 方向的position 和我的major 很match。 要是有这里面的朋
友烦请 推荐下。

I don’t think Boston’s housing market will slow down for another 5 years,
because of the much higher standard in Mortgage financing.
There is no bubble at all. Good luck to time the market while ignoring the
trend of supply vs demand. Boston housing market will slow down if the
biotech/IT/healthcare/finance indutry combined slow down. It might crash if
the employment base vanished.
But that is a very unlikely scenario.

鼓舞人心的是：只要能吃得了会计事务所的几年的苦
往industry跳还是比较能跳到高位置的
他还建议，跳industry之前最好在4大工作一下，哪怕只有一年两年
indutry还是更认4大的 |

州吗？我在德州，当年4大的中国经理，10来年工作经验的，跳到indutry后有做到Sr
Manager的。这算是最高的，几乎没有中国人做到director的。不过我听说在加州做税
务的升得比较快，是这样的吗？ |
