我们的情况是这样的：四月份开始送，到时闺女七个月。我们两个是学生，小城市，住
在学校附近，每天骑车（他）和走路（我）上学。我们这墨裔过半。
1。最开始我们想KINDERCARE在学校的那个CENTER，因为近，这样可以推她去，而且中
午说不定还能去看看娃。但是VISIT两次印象都不好，不喜欢那个老师，没有笑过，也
没有说过话，动作也挺粗重的，是个墨西哥大妈。听说有另一个老师还可以，但是两次
都没有碰上。RATIO 1：5，$225一周，提供奶粉和JAR FOOD，LUNCH。只有五个床位，
房间很小，总是满员。因为之前一直不喜欢老师，所以就没有催着问有没有空位，不知
道是否现在值得再去PUSH一下。毕竟是近啊！
2。一家犹太教会的DAYCARE，RATIO 1：4，是系里一对美国学生介绍的，听起来他们很
HAPPY送宝宝过去的样子，也是我们这唯一的是NAEYC的并且有infact care的。参观的

should move it by 1 year atleast.
Reason:
a. EB2 as a whole has 30K applications.
b. The year 2008 from EB2IC added only 5K applications.
c. Granted that Inventory does not have 2009 data.
d. But looking at 2008 if we assume 2009 will also add 5K applications.
e. Total EB2 will be about 36K.
f. Total EB2 that will be documentarily qualified will be 31K (little less

Control Office Chief. This is my own conclusion that dates will move atleast

不在医学院，现在工作很繁忙。不过他还经常来回答问题，实在是非常精神可贵。
永不删贴是一个类似于“乌托邦”的想法。原因如下：
版面的存在具有现实意义。如果太多水贴，会影响用户寻找相应信息贴。这样的结果，
只能加剧公共论坛的沦陷，而促进俱乐部的繁荣（which, is not a bad thing,
infact).
如果版面上的用户关系，和您比喻的“家人”关系似的一样的话，实在是太简单不过了
。实在是太美好了。但是，实际上，每个人在这个版面上的表现，必须遵循一定的
manners。不然就容易因此引起意气问题。而这往往就是不可避免的。再怎么小心，都
会引起这个问题。因此版主们的介入管理，对帖子的妥善处理，就非常关键。

case，我说出并写下Differntial Diagnosis （至少三个）和workup （5个）。要保证
拼写正确。
关于time-management，我在doorway information上用一分钟，飞快写下鉴别诊断，尽
量用简写，比如写MI，而不是acute myocardial infaction, 写sep arth，而不是
septic arthritis。只要自己能看懂就行。
history控制在7min，FA上问题太多，只要问80%就可以，不用面面俱到。
PE要focus，non neuro case，3 min 足以，比如腿疼查腿，绝无必要查心肺和上肢。
neuro case PE需要4 min,要减少问病史的时间。要多拿真人练，熟练到不用停下来想
，就可以一步一步接着做。
归纳一下，non neuro case，1 min doorway information + 7 min history + 3 min
