别和我谈话，然后让我选择prefer的那个部门。2个部门分别是Advertising Platform
和Mobile Advertising。恳请板上在A家工作的能指点一下，哪个部门更利于career发
展？做的东西都和我工作背景满匹配的，更倾向于后者，因为成立不久，product还没
deploy，安经理的话说是"still in infancy stage", 感觉有不错的发展空间. 虽然经
理是个三哥，但是在面试和后来的谈话里感觉都挺nice的。recruiter最近几天会给
offer的具体数字，象有差不多6年工作经验的进去的话大概是什么level？

mild, some are severe(patient die during infancy from respiratory muscle
failure),
if your have trunk muscle weakness then you might need to have supportive
brace or have surgery to fuse the spine to stablize the posture,

可能也不是完全没有，大概半个小时到一个小时能泵出20毫升的样子，很久下一滴
。用我妈的话来说就是等于没有，看见我泵奶就着急。宝宝吸不到东西，根本就不想吸
了。很多人推荐各种按摩方法，似乎都是对付堵奶的。我只在产后5天涨过一次奶，用
奶泵泵过以后就再也没涨过奶，乳房一直瘪瘪的，我想这意味着我根本没产奶。怀孕前
是C杯，怀孕后增加到D，没想到却是不产奶的草牛！也许我根本不配称草牛，版上的草
牛们都可以让宝宝吃个半饱，可我的奶还不够塞牙缝。
已经试过了通草鱼汤，猪蹄，牛尾，鸡汤，米酒，mothers milk等方子，快绝望了
，一想到这个就哭。不知道我这种情况是不是有病？看中医是否会有效？或者缺了某种
激素？求各种建议。

一周不到的宝宝，因为俺奶水不够所以这几天在给宝宝喂液体奶。前几天她每次吃30-
40ml还好，最近两天食量增加，一次能喝60-70ml，喝完以后就爱打嗝。不是那种一次
性的奶嗝，而是跟大人一样打个不停的嗝。问了医生，说是正常，还说她在肚子里面就
会打了。网上查了查，说是可能由于胃增加的太快造成的，于是每次喂奶都中间停一下
，不让她一口气喝完，但是还是没用。看着小人挺心疼的，不知道怎么防止或者减少她
打这种嗝的机会。还有，不知道一周大的宝宝一顿吃那么多正常否？
另外，宝宝脐带到现在还没掉。出院的时候护士说只要不发红不肿，就不需要做任何护
理。可是今天给宝宝换衣服的时候发现，衣服上沾了一些脐带那出的血渍，仔细观察脐
带，没发现肿胀，但是里面黑黑的应该是残留的淤血。有没有妈妈有经验的说说到底应
该怎么护理，好担心呢。

醒，一个月就有过8个小时的记录。但因为我们开始喂养不规律，马上就回到了2，3个
小时一醒的状态 （天使潜力的宝宝也能被我养成这样，真是泪奔啊）。在我宝宝3个多
月我面临着宝宝白天不肯吃奶瓶， 抱睡着哄睡或奶睡，nap只有半个小时，晚上要奶睡
，中间要醒3，4次甚至更多，胸喂+奶睡我简直就是人体pacifier。我觉得都快要崩溃

生儿了。 问题出在你的Sleep training没有Consistant。 你Train过一次， 不要认为
是一劳永逸的事， 必须还要坚持。 孩子的Motor Skill在加强， 孩子的大脑意识在成
长， 孩子的睡眠习惯也在变化。不要认为Train过一次，就不需要再Train了， 在孩子
整个Infancy直到两三岁之前，你都需要坚持同样的原则。 有的孩子的睡眠习惯需要你
按照同一个原则坚持好几个月，这当中牵涉到是不是的还要训练断断续续很久。但是同
样一个原则同样一个办法坚持下去，不要这样不坚持时而放松时而训练一下，或者使用
不同的Training办法换来换去。
孩子这么勤的醒来，你要着重在Sleep training上面下功夫。 孩子如果孩子哭上半个
小时，可以去拍拍， 但是不要抱起来。 当然你看很多书上都这么说，孩子在有

慢性腹泻中很常见的一种类型是婴幼儿非特异性腹泻。 婴幼儿非特异性腹泻的临床表
现是腹泻持续时间四周以上，在Infancy或者Toddler期发生，孩子没有Failure to
thrive 的表现。 又称为功能性腹泻。 男孩比女孩略微多见。
最典型的大便Pattern是： 白天腹泻，晚上不腹泻。 早上起来一般是一泡大大的半干
的大便，越往后越稀。
如果有这种情况，如果你不是医生，最好由医生诊断。
这种状况没有药物治疗。目前唯一认为略微有效的干预是饮食干预。
饮食干预的办法是： 1. 高脂饮食（30- 50%卡路里由脂肪中来)。可以做菜的时候放油
，在面包上面加Butter， 平常准备些橄榄油芝麻油见缝插针加进去。Nuts，如果你的
孩子已经过了Choking hazard 时期，小一点的孩子咀嚼功能好的可以试试瓜子。如果

刚看到一个部分是关于训练孩子睡眠的。
简单说
一般是从四个月开始，但他们发现其实从两个月开始更加有效。这时间训练孩子独立睡
眠只需要三天。
晚上喂饱孩子时候把孩子扔床上，然后离开不要再打搅孩子，第二天早上再来看孩子。
孩子大概第一天和第二天会哭的比较厉害，第三天第四天就没事了。
具体文章参见下面。因为我对这便不熟悉，觉得有点夸张。他们说的是否真的这么简单
有效。当然，我逻辑上同意他们的说法，越早训练，孩子依赖性越容易摆脱，有可能事

想这大概就是你们家孩子的情况了。
我是自闭症教育专业的，但是没有直接和这么小的孩子打过交道，不是很确定学前阶段
的具体特殊服务都有哪些。总的来说，自闭症的三大症状：语言障碍、社交障碍和机械
化动作，是学龄期阶段主要干预的对象。这其中，克服语言障碍和社交障碍是主要的教
育目标。因为语言障碍会导致小孩子和他人交流上的障碍，进而导致社交退化。同时，
社交障碍也会减少小孩子和他人进行语言交流的机会，是语言能力更加恶化。至于僵硬
的行为，一般来说，特教老师都会很理解，不会刻意去干涉。
