headhunter) 告诉他们我的薪水
(Senior scientist)为8万.我们这个冷门学科的PhD学位2000年以后就没有增加(60-70K
) 很多大公司在你的薪水涨到9万
以后(Boston, MA)就有可能把你裁掉,6万招新人进来(Gillete就这样干)
很多公司实在太吝啬,告诉他们原来的薪水为8万是否会造成他们不愿意和我继续谈

generally speaking, the 5 major life threatening chest pain related
diagnosis are
aortic disection,
ruptured esophagus,
pneumothorax,
pulmonary embolism,
myocardial infarction,
of the five conditions, aortic disection and ruptured esophagus, patients
mostly die within a couple hours before they had time to reach emergency

failure, arrythmia and sometimes patient would be allergic to the dye, and

the fact that she has had brain stem infarct in 2003 makes things a bit more
complicated, hope she had the work up to determine, or at least tried, to
determine the cause of her stroke, i'd think she would need to have her

not sure it is the same as spiral CT.
Even though doctor told me it is not serious but she still put me on lovenox
for one week and coumadin for 3 months.
At the beginning I thought the blood clot is in vein but report shows it is
in artery. Which is more serious, in vein or in artery? How important is the
right lower lobe pulmonary artery?

sometimes on the left or right leg, arm, toes, fingers, and even face, but
never on all these places at the same time.

brain perfusion, which can result in myocardial infarction and stroke. this
is a vicious cycle and need to be intervened early.
your dad's "unconsciousness" could be a part of his angina as explained
above (decrease blood supply to the brain) but we are not certain. it should
be checked out by his physician.
