这个民兵暴动,我觉得纯粹是某些人趁机拉知名度。
不过这个案子的引发事端处理得非常有问题。相关报道我看了,是因为当地有两个农民

现在down time没有训练可以分享,就写一点跑步伤病防治的经验吧。
I. 训练的基本原则。
1) 最重要的是跑步姿势,这点讨论过很多。个人认为forefoot strike和midfoot
strike最佳,heel strike危险系数比较大。关键是落脚轻,paw-back, 保持膝盖一定
的弯曲(即使是脚往前伸的时候),落脚点在身体重心下方。小步高频比较安全。
2) 10% rules: 每周Mileage增加不超过10%,每周的speed work (interval, tempo,
repeats)不超过总Mileage的10%.
3)系统训练之前要有base training, high mileage low speed/heart rate. 最好在

回家冰敷挺好的,降低INFLAMATION LEVEL。 需要冰袋就好了。不需要洗冷水澡。:)
冰袋CVS/WALGREEN等PHARMACY都卖。呵呵。用起来也方便。每天放冰箱上层,
晚上用一次。用完放回去就好了。

如果每天早晨伤情不恶化,以后就慢慢提高里程乐。
烧脂肪这种事,还是要里程+加管住嘴。管嘴不容易,加里程容易一些,如果没有伤。
感谢我的医生给我的处方anti-inflamation药和要求我停跑/走一段时间。虽然体重长
乐不少,但是终于可以跑乐,减肥会随里程增加水到渠成。 |

1)炎症是身体对抗伤痛的自然反应,是身体自我修复过程的正常症状;
2)药物消除炎症,同时也抑制了身体的自我修复过程,反而不利于伤痛的恢复;
3)消炎药不能明显提高比赛成绩。
根据这篇文章的说法,我觉得ibuprofen或Advil最大的效果可能是止痛(类似麻醉剂,
消除或削弱大脑对疼痛的感受)。疼痛要求人不要过度使用身体;大脑不觉得疼了,就
会继续正常(其实是超量)使用身体。后果可能是短时间内保持了成绩,但加速了肌肉
撕裂,伤病加重。

虑用冰敷,一般运动以后洗个澡,等身体凉下来以后,才会考虑上膏药,有时也会等到第二
天。至于表皮擦伤的冰敷是在伤口清洗消毒包扎好后视情况而定的,有时会吃一片
ibprofen减少或防止inflamation的发生。
运动伤确实不容忽视,尤其是很小的扭伤拉伤,不能不当一回事,我以为狗皮膏药对这
类小损伤是最管用的,用和不用天壤之别,当然这完全是我的个人体验。 |
