最近回去的人的情况，如云老师所说，绝大多数都有2cns，如果只有一篇cns，那基本
上还有>2的子刊。这个不仅仅局限于胖老师经常说的结构生物学，而是所有方向都基本
如此。
当然这些新回去的绝大部分都是千青（有些不是的是因为回去那一年千青还没开始）。
网页上的Title有的是教授，有的是研究员，估计当时还没有统一。但校内一律都是副
教授，也就是相当于这边的AP。我还特地打听了一下，国内的TT制度好像没有Tenured
Associate这一档，清华5年考核通过了就是正经的full professor。
有些老师看不上国内的科研，我就仅列出两位回国后的publication，咱就不说颜宁等
这种Early T的个例了。说两个没太有名气的，还没有评上T的，各位老师可以参考一下
，看看自己有没有别人这么productive。

experience, had flu in 2/2000, i was so sick coming back from work thinking
i was going to die, with high fvers and chills and muscle aches allover,

yr in med school and end up having splenectomy, he is alive and well,
if you do have spleen removed, the procedure itself could be quite bloody,
and it put you at risk for encapsulated bacterial infection afterwards, such
as step pneumo and haemophillus influenzae, so you need to get the
appropriate vaccine,

提前打了，医生说提前一个月没关系，但是还有两种必须在第6个月之后才能接种，所
以医生没给打，分别是 HepB（乙肝疫苗）和 Influenza(流感疫苗)。
现在我有几个问题想请教有经验的宝爸宝妈：
1。我家宝宝在 出生的时候 和 2个月的时候 已经在美国注射过两次 HepB 了，现在回
国了，如果继续在国内注射第三次 HepB 会不会有问题？担心国内的HepB跟美国的不一
样，会不会对宝宝有影响啊？
2。网上查了下，国内好像不要求打 流感疫苗，但美国这边要求打了，我到底该不该让
宝宝打呢？
3。国内要求宝宝半岁之后要接种 乙脑疫苗，不过前一段时间从网上看到国内山西出了
“问题疫苗”，好像说的就是 乙脑疫苗，所以现在很担心，不知道该不该让宝宝打，
如果不打又怕宝宝得病，查了下，乙脑是经蚊子传播的中枢神经系统急性传染病，常见
于夏秋季，多发生于儿童。可导致神经系统后遗症甚至死亡。听着好像挺吓人的，马上
就到夏天了，国内的蚊虫可能不少，比较担心。
请有经验的过来人给些意见，宝宝现在已经6个月多了，正准备要打疫苗 |

，Polio，Rota，但是一定要距离上一次疫苗注射时间至少超过四周，而有的是一定不

流行性感冒（简称流感，influenza简称flu）是由流感病毒引起的急性呼吸道传染病。
主要通过飞沫，接触等方式传播。流感季节一般从每年秋季末开始，跨越整个冬天，有
时甚至到第二年的四五月份才结束。流感病毒属正粘病毒科，根据NP蛋白和M蛋白的不
同流感病毒可分为甲（A）、乙（B）、丙 （C）三种类型；根据HA和NA的不同甲型流感
病毒又可分为不同的亚型，其中HA可分为15个亚型，NA可分为9个亚型。同其他病毒性
疾病一样，流感的防治尚无特别有效的方法，接种流感疫苗被认为是预防流感发生与传

10月底一次打FLU SHOT，2010年1月又补了一针Swine flu的，为了怀孕的时候不打，结
果去年没用上。
今年好像swine flu的风声没了，懒得打，不知道医生会不会同意。在网上查了一下，
Flu Season的高峰在二月份，过去了就不用打了吧？自己安慰自己一下。

WHO,CDC，还有ABOUT.COM对这个问题都没有定论，
半数医生建议first trimester 注射疫苗，95%的医生建议在第四个月以后再注射。
因为没有研究是针对前3个月的孕妇接受疫苗的，所以好坏都不好说。
通常支持注射疫苗的都是因为benifit outweighs risks. |
