否去做info pass。
如果要预约info pass，INFO PASS的网页上要求从如下4种appointment中选择：
（1）Order from Immigration Court - If you were directed to us for
processing based on an order from the Immigration Judge. You must bring all
documents required in the post order instructions given to you by the court.
（2）Case Processing Appointment - If you received a notice to go to your
local office for further case processing.

然后6-21先收到一邮件 说card in production 之后一小时的样子 又收到一封邮件 说
case reopened for reconsideration of our earlier decision
当时也来发过帖子，貌似也没人遇到过这种情况
想着就等纸质邮件吧，之前EAD卡，各种收据都是3-5天就寄到了，也没着急。
结果三周还没收到，就约了个info pass
surprisingly, 在info pass前一天，收到了纸质邮件，结果里面也是什么都没说，就
说case reopened...但是里面付了一个信，说我们收到消息你改了地址，如果没改，请
尽快通知我们，这封信是和发RFE的 同一个IO签字的。不过看起来我的地址是后贴上去
的，我猜想是之前的信因为这个"改地址" 的乌龙，没寄出来。后来不晓得怎么又找到
我的地址给寄了出来。
想想既然约了info pass就去问问看，这case reopen是啥情况。结果一问还真问出了状
况。

15年交了基于eb2的485，16年2月底批了EB1的140，三月初做485的relink包括邮件电邮
和电话多次。五月初发现政府不干活，于是约了info pass。
中午info pass的大爷帮忙给tsc发了邮件就打发了
下午回家路上收到RFE的邮件，主副申请人同时发出
结论：info pass在我这个case，起作用了。

PD: 2012年3月22日 （ＮＳＣ）
去年降级到EB3，结果律师因为忙于H1B的申请，拖了太长时间，虽然最后485也交了，
指纹也打了，但是EB3大倒退，没绿。今年4月中律师做了relink back to eb2的申请，
折腾了一圈，也是上周才确定relink成功的。两周前约了今天的info pass，info pass
的工作人员非常nice（就是办事效率低了点），得知我是2012年3月的PD，还没绿，很
是吃惊（我也懒得给他解释降级又升级的故事），说要请他的同事用另外的电脑系统查
查我的情况，让我又等了快半个小时，然后告诉我说，NSC目前已经在批12年11月份的
案子（这个时间可能有误，也许我听错了），而我的案子稍微耽误了一下，不过也就是
今天，他看到有个officer已经开始review了，并且是work from home. 他说应该很快
会有一个approve notice，（我反复确认这是final review），如果本月30号之前没有
结果，就可以打电话询问，或者再来info pass。具体清苦就是这样，现在就是不知道

I'm using Turbotax 2009 premier. I can successfully do online updates and
can download state forms. However, whenever I choose to import info from
financial institutions it fails at the first step. It fails to get partner
info. I've tried to reboot my pc several times and tried at different days
but no luck.
有没有人碰到过同样的问题？是盗版的缘故？不象呀，以前从没碰到过这问题。 |

工作人员态度还不错，我让他查是否assign给officer，name check，以及昨天tier 2
给我的confirmation number到底是什么。他每个问题都敲键盘认真查询。最后告诉我
，我的case in line to be reviewed，还没有分配给IO。关于name check，他说不能
回答，只能告诉我：we have everything we need。我说那这可以理解为name check
clear了吗，她说我不能回答，但是we have everything we need.说tier 2昨天给我做
的是另一个service request。我说暑假要travel，他很自信的说，那个时候肯定能拿
到。。。“呵呵”
大家说，这是暗示我name check clear吗？
总之就是去的时候没报任何希望以为很快就被哄出来，回来的路上觉得好像还有点信息。 |

background check还没做完。这次据说还是同一个大妈，但是一问三不知，说查不到bc
clear了没，也查不到last touch date，也查不到是不是assign to officer了。。。
然后因为工作和换工作的需要，真的非常希望快点拿卡，求bless。麻烦版主帮忙发包

I (primary applicant) just found my AP/EAD was approved too today: online
status is still not available this morning, but just get available this late
afternoon.
Neither of us has received the FP notice.

这一篇写点有用的吧。之前有一些info在网上破费力气而且比较陈旧，在此特将一手资
料分享给大家。喜欢唠叨的，可以看详细的游记，此处就只更新些有用的吧~~
1。首先，Telescope Peak,最后的铁门处，如果已经有雪，就不要挣扎了，没有雪链，
乖乖的停在门口。什么AWD，4×4都是浮云，两条腿最靠谱。除了最后登顶的一段，
crampon是不需要的，如果有microspike应该挺好用。如果没有雪，trail是很明显的，
有雪的话，记得traverse时沿着山的右侧走。有雪gaiter是必要的，多带件防风的衣服
手套帽子，山顶风大，挺冷的。当然也有可能我们那天天气不大好，不过以防万一。回
来后，wildrose campsite是免费的，不过好像没有水，虽然网上说有，但我们没找到

2。Hotel： 本来打算住Chena[chi;na] hotspring resort, 可惜那里非常紧俏，提前

能看到极光， 不过在温泉里看极光的感觉更好，所以我们晚上还是去hotspring
