此，只要拿到一份J1的豁免文件就可以了。但如果离婚之时J1 primary没有办豁免，则
J2需要在离婚后单独提出豁免。不过好像离婚双方能再见还是朋友的不多，在不确定是离
婚前还是离婚后办的情况下，为免麻烦，建议还是直接当需要自己单独提出豁免处理，我
从提出申请到最后拿到豁免也就一个多月。完全DIY的话，也就215刀申请费。
网上这方面的信息不多，更没有详细的DIY流程，只是简单知道只可以用IGA这种方法申
请，后来联系过一些华人律所，发现真正经办过这类case的律师几乎没有，很多都是一
知半解。不想花了钱还办不好事，于是自己做research然后DIY。材料准备得差不多，
先去网上填申请，网址是：

所有J1信息填成J2信息，没有dependent，最后会申请一个文件Packet for J－2

www.theworknumber.com，然后产生Salary Key给需要这个employment verification
letter的人，说员工自己不能access self's income infomation
