帮我看看。
2007年给Trans on information theory投了一篇稿，第一轮审稿很快，要求major
revision。改好了又交上去，大约是2008年2月。然后整整一年的时间没有消息。尝试
了所有能和editor联系的方式，对方都没有任何回音。在2009年初，向editor in
chief解释了情况，要求换一个editor，对方答应了。最近新的editor做出reject的决
定，但是给我的reviewers' comments和第一轮的是一摸一样的。就是说，新的editor
没有把我的reply和修改后的文章给reviewer看就自己作出了决定。
我觉得这是非常不负责仍的，也非常不公平。新的editor至少应该把我的reply和改好
的文章给reviewer看，然后根据新的comments来做决定。
请教一下这里的大牛，现在应该怎么办？有没有办法可以argue或者appeal？谢谢 |

请问这种情况找公司工作过程中常见吗？另外，informal visiting是否也要穿正装啊？

顺便发一下面经攒人品。那天下毛毛雨，有些狼狈。我穿西装了，但没有打领带。HM的
信中两次提到informal，想了又想就把领带放兜里了。另外还有些纠结是否带个书包什
么的，终于还是带了个去，但是空的。的确是午饭后的coffee break。
HM给我准备了咖啡，汇合另外２个人，到会议室中，后来又来了２个。还是比较正式的
