国内农村盖房子稍有不同：
第一层：粗沙 + 水泥 + 水 --》 粉刷第一遍
第二层：细沙 + 水泥 + 水 --》 粉刷第二遍
第二层：石灰 + ... + 水 --》 粉刷第三遍
和国内的作法比起来，这边的stucco做法简直就是偷懒的做法。
“水泥墙”，stucco墙，出现裂缝的原因，没有多大不同：挤压（settlement）,收缩
不均 （温度+水分)。

one more thing, "bi cast" or "bonded" leather are not 100% leather, it's
made leather pieces infused with glues/plastics, so over years you could see

水量
水温
机械动作：agitation/infusion和spin
化学物质：洗衣液中的酶，受投放时间和水温影响
prewash和soak都是为了更好的处理重soil衣物，一般机械动作会比较轻。三星的top
load现在有activeWash功能，就是放进一个sink在盖子下面，可以机洗前手洗或soak。
Maytag的PowerWash则是用高温剧烈动作来清理顽固污渍。
detergent在进水过程中一般就会被释放到桶里。bleach一般会在第一轮agitation之后
或者rinse中，以免会deactivate洗衣液中的酶。softener一般在第一轮rinse之后，老
式的agitator洗衣机的dispenser在柱子中，达到一定转速之后被甩出来。
还有就是，衣物呵护和清洁一般可以兼顾，但追求特别轻柔和特别清洁就很难，这就是
为什么市面上不同牌子有不同定位。 |

most of liver patients with low albumin because of decreased prodcution,
if you already ruled out renal loss such as in nephrotic syndrome, then
there is possible GI loss, such as sprue disease and inflammatory bowel
diseases, in that nature,

seems to me it's fairly benign medicine to use,

Barre Syndrome. Theoretically exogenous gangliosides can neutralize these
antibodies. But gangliosides have never gone through strict clinical trials
in the treatment of Guillain-Barre Syndrome. Actually I didn't know
gangliosides were used this way. It is also debated whether exogenous
ganglioside exposure can cause Guillain-Barre Syndrome but there has not
been enough data to make a conclusion.

of factor IX or X left in the body. If it is severe hemophilia, it is
generally recommend to do infuse factor prophylactically a(once or twice a

再说一遍，医疗费用包括了所有医疗开销，在美国还包括nursinghomes。
你可能不知道，医院的房产不属于医院，那些大楼往往属于reit投资公司，
医院每年要付巨额租金和房屋保险，医院是诉讼的最大对象之一，每年的
保费律师费是天价，除非不准人告。医院急症大部分是没有保险的，那部分
根本收不到帐，护士设备也价格不菲，除非你只要张床。
我参与audit过本地医院，可以告诉你，医院各部门都是亏本，除了infusion
center，因为可以靠化疗药物获取利润。急症账单80%必须writeoff，很多医院
要靠当地地产税来补贴，有的还要贷款还利，我们还代表医院和ｒｅｉｔ地产
信托押租金。
种种成本最后反映到价格上，医院还要贴钱，你如果还嫌贵，那只能去墨西哥那里全民
医保或者断掉某些人的生计，比如没收REIT 投资人的房产，就像社会主义改造，再有
就是规定护士收入不能过5万，然后约法禁止人告，最后派警察守在急诊室，谁不付钱
马上逮捕，我估计可以降低价格70%左右。

醒了我一下说如果你自己小孩需要用，以后得买回来的。因为当时他也打算donate，结
果听说买回来的费用很高，就花钱存private bank了。
于是我就写了一封长信问public bank的负责人。我了解到的信息是：
1。收集和存储成功率是50%。不成功的扔掉或者用作research.
2。public bank不会给你confirmation或者record告诉你存储成功。
3。如果你的小孩病了，你要通知bank.
4. 存储成功的话，会无限期存下去。
5。如果你的小孩或者家人病了，或者其他任何人病了，要用这个cord blood，都需要

来就不是一个娇气的人，自从来美以后，大大小小的检查，手术也经历了不少。这一次
可是说是最难以忍受的。检查后，我上网查了一下，有些人把这个检查列为比生孩子更
痛苦的事。当然，我也不想没必要的吓唬人，其实，对绝大多数人来说，这个检查的难
受程度这相当于比较剧烈的痛经。
不幸的是，我属于少数据网称有vasovagal reaction (不知道中文名是什么）的人。
现在回忆起来，有些准备工作，如果我事先多查一查，还是会有不少帮助的。现在趁还
记得，写在这里，希望能帮到将来有些姐妹们。
其实我的大夫每一步似乎都正确，但是timing却全不对。我到了诊所以后，先给了四片
止痛片（两片advil aleve, 两片tylenol).但是大概十分钟之后，我就被叫上了妇检台
（和pap smear同样的）。其实应该等半个到一个小时，这样止痛片才能发生作用。
接着大夫先做了一个超声波，然后再给用了一种药。 因为我之前签的手术通知上说的

继christmas在ER待了一天之后，娃又住了三天院，吊水的过程惨不忍睹。
换了两茬人，千辛万苦在ER埋好了iv，当时我就觉得埋得太浅，但是那护士说没关系的
。果然，前天晚上准备再上抗生素的时候，发现iv掉出来了，肿了好大一个包，不知道
什么时候掉出来的，外面纱布包得很牢。
然后重新再上iv，住院部能上的护士全上了，最后连nicu的护士都叫来了，小手小脚所
有的血管都试了，插进去，在里面搅一阵，偶尔摸到血管，然后又滑掉了。就没一个成
功的。我实在忍不住，去跟医生说，能不能不吊了。
娃实在太太太可怜了，现在不光她有心理阴影，我也有了。

医院应该有那种小包装的chicken stock/beef stock.拿水化了热一下就行了.味道
不错的,如果是没加盐的你要放点盐要不然不好吃.实在吃不下,就不要勉强了,只要
不脱水.如果你儿子打着吊针(continous IV infusion),你也就不用担心他脱水了.
这时候他想喝什么你都可以给他喝,比如果汁什么的,有些孩子平时是不让喝果汁
的,这时候就不要限制他了.等吐的情况好一点了,可以试试full liquid,稠一点的
流质.前面有人提的cream soup什么的都行.米粥也行.再下去可以吃软一点的.象
我女儿喜欢chicken noodle soup和中国店的wonton soup.

周末,天气不好,去一个室内场所玩. 不过在外面还是比较冷,有雨,刮风. 但是
觉得儿子穿得比他妈穿的多多了, 他妈都不冷,娃应该更没有问题了. 此大错也,小孩儿
比大人娇弱很多. 有人说小男孩儿活力壮,也不是一概而论的.
