作。
以前都是用喷雾器（inhaler）。但是最近发现该喷雾器含有的激素（国内大夫说是激
素，不知道是ｈｏｒｍｏｎｅ 还是类固醇 ｓｔｅｒｏｉｄ）。副作用比较大，比如
心脏早搏，血压高等等。大夫说目前国内没有不含激素的喷雾器。
请问美国这边有没有不需要处方药的不含激素的喷雾器。

宝宝2岁半。
上周宝宝突然发烧，还抽搐了，赶紧送到emergency.
到了医院之后就没啥发烧了，x光显示也没啥。
在家呆了一周，基本没发烧。
就是咳嗽和呼吸声音重，就给用inhaler给药。
去了daycare2天，昨天夜里突然发烧，102度多。
赶紧给了退烧药吃。
今天又去看了医生。
医生说flu症状明显，可是flu测试是阴性。
但医生还是坚持是flu。给了flu的药。
刚刚很吓人，体温计量到过106度。不过这个温度好像是暂时的，或者体温计问题。
之后就稳定在103度左右。
现在在家物理降温。每6小时吃ibuprofen,还有acetominophen。
这大夜里，不知道到底该不该去急诊看？
到底多少度该去急诊看？

RARELY sick like this, he/she cannot diagnose allergy or asthma without
further testing.
Taking the medications a couple of times probably won't do harm. And if
there is any sign of stressful breathing (e.g. wheezing), the inhalers are
helpful (whether asthma or not). |

就是发作的使用用xopenx， 平时用inhaler控制。
请注意，这种疾病没有什么根治之说，用药也是也是控制，一般来讲随着年龄的增长和
抵抗力的增强，症状会减轻或者消失。
应该让孩子逐渐锻炼身体，而且你要注意多看看有关过敏的文献， 查找过敏原，避免
trigger。

螨虫是一种在床上的寄生虫，对它过敏的人会有反应，哮喘是一种。
这么长期咳嗽对肺有损害吗？
长期呼吸不畅会影响孩子的正常发育，不仅是肺部的问题， 身体得不到足够的氧气，
有些器官会受到损失，而且会影响孩子的体型，比如驼背，对心理也有影响。
这种影响是系统的，不是局限到一个器官上。 我就不再多说了，你看看文献就知道了
你还是应该找到呼吸科或者过敏科的医生确诊，然后用对药量。同时你要自己学习有关
文献，增加自己的知识，这样可以避免走弯路，用错药。

带去看医生，每次都说是virus 或者不给药，或者说感冒了，晚上咳就给inhaler。。
可是除了普通感冒的症状，每次都有一个相同的症状，半夜开始咳嗽，上不来气，然后
就坐起来。有时候会吐。 今年冬天比较长，从11月起，几乎每个月都要带去看医生，
其中上个月被诊断为肺炎。 吃了抗生素，好了。结果从上周又开始了。白天几乎看不
到她咳，带去看医生也没有什么诊断，只好录下晚上的声音。这次医生说是鼻子的鼻涕
流到喉咙里导致的。。我们想去看专科，他们不refer。
我在国内的亲戚有怀疑说是过敏性哮喘的，或者哮喘的前发期。我们带去看的其中一个
医生开始也有怀疑（他们是group, 每次的医生都不一样），因为有wheezing。 结果被
其他的医生否决了。因为哮喘晚上睡觉会有啸鸣音，她没有。只有呼呼的声音。所以我
不是很确定。顺便抱怨一下美国医生太坑爹了，得肺炎的那次，之前去看什么都没给说
是virus，结果后来娃一直没力气，咳嗽，又去看一次，结果就成肺炎了。。

朋友说，他母亲现在憋气严重，在当地医院检查，发现主要对化学试剂，油烟，烟雾过
敏，诊断是过敏+哮喘，在北京朝阳医院的治疗方案如上，在北京治的差不多了，回家
又发作，不知道有没有 albuterol inhaler。
我建议他带母亲去北京确诊然后对症治疗，各位不管有什么方面的建议，都请不吝赐教！ |

almost everyone inhale aspergillus spore everyday, so its presence in the
lung is not sufficient evidence there is aspergillus infection.

measures.
If severe, need to be treated with steroid then tapered down. Inhaled
steroid should be used later to reduce recurrence, with albuterol or
sometimes add with ipratropium.
Also need to check some blood tests to see if your relative qualify for
leukotriene antagonist, another type of drug to prevent from recurring. |

发帖数: 595 | 23 第一胎时一切都好，这是第二胎，和第一胎间隔2年，我今年33岁，本以为会像第一胎
一样一切都好，从6周起开始咳嗽，没吃药一直在扛，7周多开始呼吸困难，去local
walking clinic被告知可能是过敏引起的哮喘，开了inhaler，用了两天不起作用。再
两天后终于和ob的护士说上话，被要求去ER，这时已经伴有左肋骨疼痛，ER一个经验很
丰富的医生立马判断是blood clot，当晚所做的chest x-ray和肺部VQ scan确诊了我的
两个肺都有blood clot，左肋骨疼痛大概5天后消失，同时我每天用luvonox （blood
thinner)两次。
1个月后突然我的右肋骨开始疼，我又去了ER，再次做了chest x-ray和肺部VQ scan，
结果发现两肺的blood clot几乎没变，医生们只知道和我说再等几个月，却解释不了为
什么右肋骨突然会疼。
请版上牛人看看我的情况，给点建议，此外我在纽约周围，请推荐pulmonary embolism
方面的专家，先谢过了！ |

this type of humidifier does NOT work. Buy a hygrometer and you will know
from the reading. Again, it does not work, meaning it does not improve
the RH in your room. Dont be cheated by the nice mist you saw from it.
Even worse, it is generating water droplets instead of water vapor.
What's the difference? Water vapor should be in molecular phase so it

就是发烧，还有就是咳嗽，有点哮喘的症状。
但是这种哮喘的症状一直就有的，我的意思是一生病就有一点。
所以给她喷inhaler。
上上周发烧的时候医生检查说肺部声音不好，做了x光，正常。
上周发烧的时候医生听了肺部说不错，就没做x光了。
其他就是检查耳朵之类的，没啥问题。
唉，2次去急诊，都碰到同一个医生。医生说你怎么又来了。

名堂。看过urgent care也没有说什么问题。最凶的时候跑去看肺部专家，当成哮喘医
，开了inhaler，似乎好些可是没有断根，中间又看了儿医吃了抗生素感觉好了很多。
后来又感冒了，咳嗽反反复复好几次，直到现在还是咳，明显感觉有痰可是不会吐。我
没有办法了，听天由命。 |

题，因为他咳嗽很多时候喷嚏一起来，可是医生不让照CT,说是照一次相当于1000次X光
。我3年前也是咳嗽半年，喷嚏很多，肺部专家让照了CT是鼻窦炎，用了inhaler, nose

小家伙第一次用阿莫西林还过敏，到后来一天拉7次肚子并且全身起荨麻疹，第九天儿
