知道娃有哮喘的可能的时候,可以用震惊来形容我的心情,双方家族里没有一个人有过
类似的问题,我想不明白怎么娃会得呢?不过我不是鸵鸟,既然问题出现了,当然要去
解决掉。
抗生素是吃过的,最近的一次是两周多以前,咳嗽非常非常厉害发烧,流鼻涕,医生说
是病毒合并细菌感染,开了药,十天口服,吃了以后很快烧退了,咳嗽缓解很多,药吃
完了,其他症状都好了,只有咳嗽没有完全好,会咳的很少,但是只要风大的时候去过
公园,晚上就会咳嗽加重。
我忘记提他三个月前曾得过肺炎,幸好我发现的早,看得及时,所以不是很严重,一上
抗生素很快就好了,他的老师是说得过肺炎并用过抗生素孩子很多都有咳嗽不好的问题
,不知道是不是这样
不管是过敏还是哮喘,尽量不要再感冒应该是最重要的,我再考虑秋天以后减少他去
Daycare的时间,自己多带带,把身体养养好,影响工作是一定的了

现,其中含有约1300种微生物。

程是这样的:家庭医生30分钟(新病人)约400,推荐呼吸专科(400~600),照胸大片
(几十块),开处方药。如果没有保险而且付现金,有很多医院可以negotiate
payment plan 或者价钱,一般一次付清在total charge 的50% 以下。推荐你先去公立
医院(各县都有),事先问清楚。
处方药就比较复杂了。如果病人是COPD, 根据病情,我估计呼吸专科医生的选项有:
1)激素(注射或口服)
2)Inhaler
3)抗生素
4) 脱敏药
(1)(3)和(4)都不贵,(2)里面的学问大了,几百块一支的Inhaler常见的。
我听说 Kaiser 好像有付现金的病人的保险,没有绿卡的话难一点,几百块左右,一个
月看两次就 break even了。 |
