google这个事绝非简单商业决定，也不是因为什么hacker attack, 那只是借口。
去年伊朗反对派广泛使用twitter散播消息，组织行动，既使twitter声名大振，又使美
政客和媒体很high，美国很快立法成立网络战军队。新疆75暴乱分子也使用网络散播消
息，组织行动，也取得巨大成功。
这两个事件使美国决心在网络上加大投资，开辟新战线，对敌对国家搞破坏，搞颜色革
命。就在上星期，希拉里宴请twitter, google等公司的高管，谈话内容没有公布，不
过不难猜到。而下星期（一月21号），希拉里将宣布美政府新政策，将直接支持通过网
络对敌对国家的渗透，提供技术和资金来”帮助“其他国家民众绕过防火墙。（见：

realtor或是seller自己到底能贷多少钱的。
preapproval会针对具体的房屋类型，purchase price，downpay的比例，出一个比较有
针对性。一般下offer的时候需要的是preapproval。
GFE是开始做application之后initia disclosure package里的重要文件之一。不过，
比价的时候可以了解银行的收费，对于买房来说，银行收费是最主要要比较的，其他项
目的费用不是银行说了算的。
正式做loan的时候，是一定要pull credit report的。 |

问了下律师说算不算approve了，
律师回到的很模糊，应该算， 但是还是要等到final approval notice才稳当。
版友有类似经历么， 听说还有人从card production跳回decision，甚至跳回 initial
review 的。

Piaget 和Vygotsky最大的区别是P认为人的学习是根据个人构建知识的不同而不同，外界
无法起任何作用，最多就是给孩子提供书，但是要他们自己去看（self-directed/initia
ted)；而且在不同的年龄阶段孩子的思维能力是不同的(stage dependent)；V认为人的学
习不能脱离社会环境，只是脱离了社会环境就没有任何意义(scaffolding)，在老师的帮
助下孩子可以达到更高的水平(instruction dependent,ZPD)。（汉语太滥了，翻译的一
窍不通。。。）
