2008 ＮＩＷ 140批了
２００９ 12月底递Eb1-b 140
2010 ５／１７收到 140 approval notice by mail, 140 网上状态一直是initial review
目前状态485 5/25 soft lud, initial review. 所有的申请材料都在TSC,file Eb-1b １４
０没填A#. １４０ approval notice 用的是485的Ａ＃，但是ＰＤ是eb1的.
５／２１正式开始relink.先发了email,同一天打了TSC cusotmer service,IO 要求书面
request. 5/22
priority mail了书面request.过了几天后又打了电话,原本想confirm relink,但是基
本上就是所有信息重复一遍,IO 给做了relink. 上个星期收到USCIS的信,要求relink的
written request被原封不动的退回来, 并付了模版信说有问题打电话.又打了电话,这
次说request has been initiat |

Acton, Winchester/Belmont的 mailing list 华人父母众多，如果能带个头发起来，
我们一定呼吁大家签名支持。首先需要发起人，以及几名州议员的支持，搞到选票上面
去来个公投
这个是关于华人切身利益的事情，很有可能可以一呼百应，但是即使ban了AA也有很大
的局限性. Umass 毕竟太小，排名也一般，对华裔没有太大帮助 |
