OTTAWA — The Conservative government says its MPs will celebrate after a
historic vote to end the long-gun registry Wednesday evening, despite
vehement opposition to the move in Quebec and much of urban Canada.

the merit (constitutional or not) of the lawsuit, rather, it agrees that the
26 states do have legal standing, and has good chance to win in their

1993年由前總統柯林頓任命的法官,先前已核發臨時禁制令(Temporary Restraining
Order),該禁制令於10日到期,但由於上級法院維持全國禁制令,短期內不受影響。

A second federal judge has issued an injunction barring the Trump
administration from ending the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)
program while litigation plays out in courts.
U.S. District Judge Nicholas Garaufis, an appointee of former President Bill
Clinton, wrote in a court order Tuesday in New York City that the
