的VOUCHER 可以到私立学校就读。大家都知道，公立差的学校不能上，不是因为老师
差，而是因为学生差，家长差。INNER CITY的家长们如果把自己的“差”孩子送到
好的私立学校，究竟是“好”孩子把“差”孩子带好容易呢？还是“差”孩子把
“好”孩子们带差容易？我觉得应该是后者吧。这样一搞，其不是差的公立继续差，
好的私立也被带差了？
华人家长们为了躲这些差孩子，差家长，只好搬家去很贵的小区上好的公立了？

LIFE QUALITY这个事实，才下决心教育要从娃娃抓起。问题是对于懒惰成性，没有
进取心的人，放任自流是换不来HAPPINESS的。所以TRUMP的初衷的好的，只是VOUCHER方
法欠妥.

如果大部分INNER CITY的家长不买VOUCHER的帐，那么有犯罪潜力的小孩长大后继续
吸毒，犯罪，会严重影响其他人的LIBERTY。对每个家长来讲，自己懒惰，但并不希
望自己的孩子懒惰，自己不成器，但不希望自己的孩子也不成器，自己坐牢，但并
不希望自己的孩子也坐牢。
所以政府要是真正 有这样免费强行教育孩子的机会，免费AFTER SCHOOL CARE的机
会，自己会省不少事，孩子将来还会有QUALITY LIFE的机会，相信不少INNER CITY的
家长会趋之若箢的。
TRUMP不妨先拿几个学校试点看看效果。 |
