To be honest, ordinary people have very slim chance to succeed in this
game. I have ex-colleagues who received ycombinator funding and VC
funding, but as far as I can tell, they are not anywhere near success.
One thing I know is YC endorsement is very helpful if you have no
connections in the first place. In my ex-colleagues' case, they
received VC funding largely because of YC endorsement.
