在正常时间内。
我又打电话过去，tier1说在正常时间范围内，不能做SR，financial loss也不行
真心求教各位：你们的SR是怎么做的？
我是TSC的，这个有关系吗？
1月份RD的，已经6个月了

首先我选择是Case outside normal processing time。里面要写sub type:我写的是
employment-based adjust applications.还有要写A number，不过是optional的。我
填写了。不知道大家怎么写的。。能指导下吗？ |

能用的办法都用了比如询问infopass，打电话，网上inquery... 都是没有具体的信息
。好像就是background check. 有什么办法么？ |

苦等了20个月，终于在17年快结束前绿了

| |-Infopass两次，第二次infopass跟前台不对付，问什么都不知道或者无可奉告，
赖半天请出了她mgr，告知name check clear，第二天就收到RFE，不知是否相关
|-2017/5 REF体检
| |-预测是体检，考虑eb1马上又要排期，抓紧时间争取赶在排期前有结果，然无果
|-2017/5 RREF
| |-SR若干次，收到各种模版回复
| |-联系议员，议员回了纸质信件，告知正在等待assign to officer
| |-infopass 一次，尝试模仿上次infopass请出mgr，然而前台对答如流轻松化解各
种刁钻问题，不过最后还是请他发了一个inquery到NSC
|-2017/12 Card is being produced
总结：
- 根据我的经验推测，各种SR，infopass，议员催效果不是非常明显，也许有作用，重
点还是要耐心，该来的总会来。

NSC. No RFE, No Relink. filed SR on 5/1 and got template response.
Requested senator assistance on 5/1 and they inqueried on 5/6. called them
about an hour ago and was told no response obtained yet.

应都没有， STATUS 还是 "Case Was Approved", 怎么办？ TSC. |

我觉得应该是congressman的inquery起了作用，大家如果还没有找congressman或者
senator的话可以试试。

我没问律师，就上网找的我所在选区的众议员，她自己网站上有专门帮着问uscis等政
府机关的服务，发的邮件加传真的授权书，邮件写的情真意切，表达了自己作为一个选
区居民对社区的贡献，对其工作以及工作团队的感谢，对自己按规纳税及参与公益的热
情，对未来拥有投票权的向往等等，议员手下一小时就回信了，要了新版的授权书，又
过一两个小时就告诉inquery发出去了。今天下午批了的时候，在我收到uscis邮件通知
不到5分钟，议员手下就发信恭喜我了，总之就是灰常灰常给力。

: 我1/9到现在还没任何消息。。。。问congress man之后就好了！？我律师说不
要随便
: 用这招，怕从queue里面抽出来，之后更慢。

至少150以上才值得搞一次。记住要搞就多搞几个，一般credit inquery 保存6-12个月，
所以过了这么长时间，fico就基本恢复了，又可以搞了。
如果你的贷款已经30年了，那么瞎搞也行。 |
