我昨天三管齐下，我现在不确定到底是哪一个起了至关重要的作用
我觉得800的电话一定要打。fax offer letter以及自己的加急信。
另外在letter里面最好要有令人信服的理由，比方说，你的start date是什么时候阿，
program end date什么时候阿。过了这个时间，就unemployed了阿，severe financial
loss if you cannot get EAD by xxx, Company 可能收回offer阿，说的尽量可怜。
我觉得我加急的成功跟offer letter里面说了要2011年入职也很有关系，算是很strong
的evidance了。当然如果你的start date离现在还有点早的话，他们可能还真不一定会
上心。。。
我个人觉得，多打打电话，发发传真，发发email，应该没什么负面效果的。你用我给
的那个email发信inquire一下吧，都会回复的。 |

前两周周二连着两个电面，立刻安排了on-site。因为时间太急，mountain view附近都
没地方了在三番安排的hotel。第二天赶去公司居然塞车，面试还迟到了一会。
onsite完了，上上周二给feedback，需要继续follow up一个电面。说因为他们
engineer team的fault，测试不够全面，需要加一轮coding phone interview。赶紧又
来了一轮电面。
上周二还没消息，主动inquire。周五收到recruiter email说电面looks positive。这
周三出结果。
之前拿了几个offer，几个大公司onsite也都去过了。但是从一开始找工作，真没觉得
能离dream company google这么近。我就一届小硕。现在只希望好事多磨。
求bless~ 到时候update结果以及上很多很多面经以及面试总结，拿到offer一定发包子。 |

successfully worked it out. The new H1B is COS, so they ask school for a new
I20 with your new employee, which is the work authorization in the rest of
cap-gap.
I inquire the official of international office. They are not 100% sure, but
they think they can do it if I offer a new H1B petition receipt or approval
notice.
My understanding, the cap-gap is an extension of OPT, but requires school's

adversely affected your credit.上面赫然有我的loan broker的两次inquiries。我
还问了她，她说re-pull不会影响credit。看来明显是影响的。还有就是自己pull
credit report上面也明明说不会影响你的credit,可是在最新的这个report上，我们自
己pull的也记录在帐！总数都算了。

应该没什么问题，但不能100%保证
另外一个whole sales bank的broker打电话来说需要HR做一份证明也可以给我做出来，
需要多备几个保证最后一定能拿到一个吗？
这段时间如果credit被inquire很多次，会不会影响到最终的信用分和rate高低？房子
closing date是2月底。

比三家,老太爱砍,怎么砍,出多少钱看完全没征求过LZ的意见,是她自己的自由,LZ如果
之前没被征求过,怎么算是request?
2.万一LZ心软,自己跑去和她处理树枝,是否默认砍树确实是自己有过request?

么会出现5次以上的hard pull。

report上面有一栏专门列出了在过去120天（甚至是半年）中有谁查看了您的信用。对
此，贷款银行希望您给出解释是否由此产生了新的贷款是银行还不知道的，因为一般来
说您申请信用卡，车贷，房贷的情况下才会去查信用分数，而由于是非常近期的查询，
如果您做了贷款或者信用卡，未必来得及反应到信用记录上面。
我们一般会问清楚客户，然后帮您写好，您签字就行。如果您的银行不提供这个服务，
您就要求一份credit report，找到inquires made in the last 120(180) days,然后
看着解释下就好了。如果没有申请任何贷款或信用卡，就说没有任何new debt was
obtained。如果有，就提供相关的statement，证明最低每月payment就好。 |
