发帖数: 5241 | 2 Insanity和P90X+不是同一个范畴的。不过我本人没有P90X+，所知道的一点
也是在论坛上看到的。好像P90X+增肌没有P90X好，速度太快了，重量自然
不足。
我练Hybrid的时候也没有什么一定之规，基本上力量练习保持P90X的进度，
然后Cardio就看那天想玩什么了。：）YogaX确实比Insanity的那个类似瑜珈
又不是瑜珈的Cardio Recovery好。如果YogaX的那天时间紧，我倒也可能用
Insanity的。 |

准备上Insanity？记得要有双好鞋，锻炼的垫子也很重要，保护膝盖。
Insanity的trainer下个月来我们这里办Insanity Camp，我很想去，
但是我又在训练跑步，原计划参加的比赛是那后一周，我怕去了以后
太累了就该跑不动了。 |

发帖数: 5241 | 4 每周五天上蹿下跳，另外一天是假瑜珈。如果膝盖有问题的话，练Insanity可能会有困
难。我也不知道那种补品有没有效，但医生推荐，我反正每天都吃。
Insanity全部用Bodyweight，而且大部分是explosive的动作，肌肉退化应该是不会，
不过我到后面力量是彻底退化了。俯卧撑还能做一些，因为Insanity里面一次练习也做
两百来个，引体是一个都做不了，因为全身肌肉都是酸的。

发帖数: 5241 | 5 Insanity和P90X可以搭配，但是强度会比较大。偶尔为之挺好的。这其实也是P90X
的思路。你不一定成年累月就练这一个东西，但是隔段时间练练，可以给自己再上
一个台阶。我十一月份应该会再开始一轮。
我有Shaun T的Rock'n Body。不过那个对我完全不合适，强度太低，而且我一练那
个就明白老美说自己有“two left feet”是什么意思了。：）最近练了几次Turbo
Fire，感觉作为Insanity和P90X之间的维持练习很不错。它的练习都不长，有10分
钟到60分钟不等。短的有些是HIIT，强度不如Insanity，但是也还不错了。有些低
强度的练习有点像GYM里的Kickboxing。另外它也有些用Band的力量练习，也很适合
旅行时用。而且可以做各种不同的组合。
Tony明年要出P90X:MC2（P90X:Muscle Confusion 2），我也正拭目以待呢。：） |

48个jump knee tucks！可见你比当初已经进步很多了，如果膝盖没有问题的话，应该
可以上Insanity。跳的时候注意轻起轻落，然后鞋子和地面防震好一点就行了。我估计
你上Insanity是早晚的事，而且作为家庭锻炼DVD，Insnaity和P90X这两个对体能的增
长实在是极佳的了。而且Insanity里面也有20多分钟的练习，没时间的时候做一下也不
错的。还有实在不行的话，就做他的10来分钟的Warm up，也足够锻炼了。：）
还有，我自己的体会是bulkibg用P90X，cutting用CLX，再附加跑步等cardio。

睡眠保证以外，recovery week别省，listen to your body，随时调整
计划。别太勉强，小心受伤。

等我膝盖再好一点也要试一试这个计划。昨晚做了Insanity的Core
Cardio & Balance，感觉还行。这是我很久以来第一次做Insanity的练习
了，只敢从最容易的开始。最近Insanity的续集Asylum出来了，我现在
不能练，还没买，不过估计是迟早的事。：） |

我要是无章法抡胳膊踢腿能够非常剧烈，跟做Insanity时一样全身所有部位都累得像要
坏掉了，要是到了那地步，减肥效果该是跟insanity一样。只是问题在于人基本上无法
在不跟着什么节目的情况下push自己到这地步。
要么咱们改一改，只要消耗的卡路里一样，时间一样长，任何操的减肥效果都一样？
我可没说增肌效果也一样啊。 |

发帖数: 3373 | 10 我试了insanity，但是感觉上insanity和P90X的target都是一样的，而且insanity更偏
重于cardio方面的锻炼，对我效果不大。我已经说了，这一类的项目都是针对比较out
of shape的群体，如果已经练完了P90X，再练一轮效果就要大打折扣，事倍功半。
我现在主要在加大力量练习。
BTW，我废话一句，我建议你不要skip你的Yoga。我觉得你可能小看P90X里面的这个
Yoga了。

只要你版子熟，可以利用封洞的技巧避免很多麻烦。
我在打aftermath的insane，也很简单。但是judgement的单人全星insane，基本不可能

展了lp一起玩，可惜是盗版的，不能打bn，gg平台大部分都是dota，我和lp开个2v2的主
半天没人加，浩方上又卡，只能打电脑泄愤了。
版上好像魔兽新人比较多，都在讨论打电脑的问题，这方面我就是专家了，我一个人可
以打2个insane的电脑，和lp一起可以灭4个（在合适的地图上）。我们不rush，靠拖延
，电脑无非是钱多，高级兵高人口部队成型快，我们就前期跟电脑拖，他来打我家，我
就围魏救赵，换回程。拖到后期，我也有了高级兵高人口部队，就可以和电脑硬拼了。
电脑很笨，英雄练级慢，不会用中立商店的道具，微操也一般，这个时候硬拼很容易就
赢了。当然，小地图就不行了，地方不大，周旋余地太小，分矿也难开，1v2、2v4这种
事就不行了。
对新手来说，能打1个insane是入门必备。undead最难打，因为undead的高级兵最猛（恐
怖的冰龙）、其次是orc、然后是ne、hum最差。其中insane ne的状态是起伏的，厉害起
来比ud还难打，萎靡起来比hum还弱智，原因很简单，就是ne经常自己卡英雄！！电脑n |

You can play a solo lane and having the opponent deny 30% of all creeps for
the first couple minutes but still solo kill him at some point.
In a typical game of pub dota, I will be very surprised if the total deny of
the entire game exceeds 40 (ave 4 per player), and most of this will be
contributed by the carry player trying to control a lane.

faculty被特别照顾，说一定要参加，biomedicine是高危。

名PRC了（看到这个slide），然后就一直讲，整整4,5十分钟，对着那么普通的美国人
讲，一个国家的坏！！太insane了，基本没有讲到第二个国家，列举了几个例子（国企
的壮大，2018全球最大top2是中国的，连续几年了）（有去中国开会酒店被搜查的监控
）（有学生买什么sensor，被抓到的）（有怀疑Wisconsin medical school的薄厚把一

我猜会有关于中国的blablabla，但是令我大吃一惊的是从slide2还是3 开始就直接点
名PRC了（看到这个slide），然后就一直讲，整整4,5十分钟，对着那么普通的美国人
讲，一个国家的坏！！太insane了，基本没有讲到第二个国家，列举了几个例子（国企
的壮大，2018全球最大top2是中国的，连续几年了）（有去中国开会酒店被搜查的监控
）（有学生买什么sensor，被抓到的）（有怀疑Wisconsin medical school的薄厚把一
个compound偷回国内的，把一个compound说成是抗癌药），大意就是中国如何如何赚了
