被认为TOP Journal的杂志List有UTD 的24，及Business Week's 20 Premier
Journals。
这几本杂志都在上面。
你的文章可以投SMJ，那就是empirical的文章了。MS的文章看重Both 管理Empirical（
i.e., managerial insight)及科学的严格性（math rigorous）。即便是 empirical
文章，没有一个严谨（简单也行）的modeling是到不了reviewers手上里的。
就我熟悉的3本杂志（MS，OR，SMJ）来说，虽然都是A+， 但特点不一样，MS的balance
最好。
MS： managerial insight = math rigorous
OR： managerial insight < math rigorous
SMJ: managerial insight > math rigorous
所以你投稿的时候，要有选择。
而且不要用水平明显不行的文章去碰运气。如果你多次投MS都被desk reject，你今后

最近回去的人的情况，如云老师所说，绝大多数都有2cns，如果只有一篇cns，那基本
上还有>2的子刊。这个不仅仅局限于胖老师经常说的结构生物学，而是所有方向都基本
如此。
当然这些新回去的绝大部分都是千青（有些不是的是因为回去那一年千青还没开始）。
网页上的Title有的是教授，有的是研究员，估计当时还没有统一。但校内一律都是副
教授，也就是相当于这边的AP。我还特地打听了一下，国内的TT制度好像没有Tenured
Associate这一档，清华5年考核通过了就是正经的full professor。
有些老师看不上国内的科研，我就仅列出两位回国后的publication，咱就不说颜宁等
这种Early T的个例了。说两个没太有名气的，还没有评上T的，各位老师可以参考一下
，看看自己有没有别人这么productive。

是”观道“而不是”内观道“：

此经英译本的译者Maurice Walshe 的用词是：insight （vipassana） way ，所以译成观道或
内观道都应该是正确的，不过insight或vipassana通常都译为内观，所以译成内观道更为清楚。

也不是一码事，你的逻辑是 因为GE 对这个领域没有insight 所以他做的工作就是
technical的，不是实质的，没有看到问题的本质，既然按照你的臆想，他不知道这个
工作的insight，所以不署名也是应该的

你后面的关于香农的描写 我没看出与前面这一段有什么逻辑关系
你可能是想说，提出定理的人才是重要的，证明定理的人都是做技术活的，都不重要，
对不对，于是你举的例子就是想说 香农的文章在数学技术上没什么特别的难度，但是
特别有insight，所以是重要的工作

没有新的insight根本解决不了网络的理论问题
要像Shannon一样提出一个全新的理论框架来解决问题
你说的“network information theory”指的是基于Shannon理论的？这个并不是我指的
Shannon当时也是考虑通信问题很久后才获得他的insight的，从而提出一个与当时所谓的
“通信理论”迥然不同的新理论框架来的
如果一个本科生考虑一个领域的open problem就能直接获得insight解决了，这个路继
续走下去说不定真能成为新一代Shannon提出一个网络的新理论来（maximum coverage
和Shannon theory都只是它的子集），对网络问题的洞察力和直觉是极端重要的，这个
是超越技术上解决问题的能力的
我从来没说Ge什么都没干，我说的是insight是不是Ge的对Ge来说能获得的credit是完
全不同的（我一直是这么说的，我哪句话说过Ge什么都没干，请指出！）
我针对的是版上有人说“Ge的这个lemma是所有工作的关键”来说的 |

，自给率也在逐渐提高，但基础技术和底层产品跟美国依然还有很大差距。
集成电路产业试错成本高、排错难度大，对从业人员的素质要求极高，但现阶段国内教
育过分重视知识的记忆而忽略逻辑和方法，高素质人才培养上仍有欠缺，拖慢了“芯痛
”毛病的治疗。
中国的经济升级，最大的两个领域是汽车制造工业和集成电路工业。反过来说，我们要
实现最终打垮西方列强，也就是要在这两个超级产业完成逆袭。

看了这条回复我决定给大家讲讲丰田和本田的区别，的确很多人认为这两个牌子是一个
级别的。
civic和corolla本来就不是一个档次的车：
2013 civic lx vs 2013 corolla l
3年后保值率61% vs 55%
5年后保值率44% vs 41%
虽然克罗拉买的时候至少会便宜2千，但你以后卖也会少卖2千。
油耗 civic 28/39/32 corolla 26/34/29
civic马力更大却更省油，corolla用的是已经淘汰n久的4速变速箱。
