的话我的脚后跟不会被磨破的。我穿足球鞋都是特别紧的。
怎么贴胶布法？从来没试过。是医用白胶布吗，是不是太窄了，哪里好买呢。
另外是不是要每次踢球都重新贴啊。
还有，想更换鞋垫的话，那种gel insoles不合适。我买了一双，按形状剪了，
结果gel insoles足弓处基本都是特别加厚的，根本不能保证足弓处的弹性感觉，
不适合踢足球。白买了。 |

我在国内穿37的些，对比us号是6.5的，我靴子一般都买7号的，这双我也买了7号的。
。。我的平底靴都会放一个insole (都是我从跑鞋里掏出来的，我跑鞋另买了专门的鞋
垫的），舒服而且这样大小正合适。。。 |

我个人觉得Rene，lanvin,MB,CL,GZ，BA这几家的鞋总的来说不管是设计，舒适程度都
把其他家的甩了好几条街。当然也侧重，各有几个好穿好看的线。看经验和合脚程度了。
以前yves和我说不喜欢miumiu，因为没有insole...果然。。lanvin的insole不要太强
大。芭蕾鞋一般，但是别的不芭蕾的flats，虽不降价。贵点，但是物有所值 |

人体和鞋接触最紧密的就是脚底。
闲着没事给大家科普一下鞋垫:(其他部分什么真皮假皮这lining那lining都是扯淡。现
在的合成材料透气性舒适度完全可以超过真皮)
普通的EVA鞋垫，透气性是最差的，最普通最generic运动鞋的里面拿出来， 像一整块
注塑成型的塑胶那种，就是EVA， EVA历史悠久，应用范围很广,20快的杂牌鞋到几百的
篮球鞋里都有EVA,因为成本极低，一般厂商在上面贴合一层稍微decent一点的布料或者
假皮就可以给人鞋很高级的感觉。比如Converse经典的Jack Purcell,就是一层厚厚的
EVA， 是这个经典鞋款的败笔。 至于EVA的优点，除了成本低之外几乎一无是处，
cushion不错但是时间长了就失去弹性了。
相信大家都见过超市里卖的那种零售的透明样子的Dr.scholls鞋垫，这个我们一般叫做
gel,属于上个世纪发明出来的EVA替代品。gel从各方面都比EVA舒服，尤其是cushion方

些是eva，哪些是ortholite我怎么分辨啊？insole一般都是分几层的，你说的eva和
ortholite应该是鞋底和insole最上面那层之间的材料吧，然后你的意思应该是这一层
的材料才是决定鞋是否透气的东西，那最面上的那层是否是真皮是否重要呢？那如果最
上面那层是真皮，但那一层之下如果还是eva，是不是就还是白搭了呢？ |

发帖数: 11693 | 10 你需要穿里外全皮的，leather upper 写表面, leather lining 鞋内部的＂墙壁＂,
leather insole 鞋内部的底。是不是leather outsole 皮质的鞋外部的底无所谓。其
次最好宽松一点或者有一些孔隙的design都会有很大的透风效果，但里外全皮是关键 。
网购的话看description，有些description不够全，没办法，不全直接assume不是皮。
有leather insole就不错了，有leather lining更好。实体店购看鞋子内部会有图标或
文字说明，如果没有说明可以直接assume不是皮（是皮的干嘛不标呢？）
一般具备里外全皮的都至少是个不错的小名牌，价格便宜的要100上下。 |

Chase低28k,比cyberhomes低23k，比zillow低得更多。我觉得zillow是最不靠普的，估

显示根本就没和后侧的sheet metal装在一起，就是那么搭上的，从外面和前面不仔
细看看不出来什么。
这个问题我可以自己修吗？主要是考虑安全的问题。
安furnace的人好像是用的2张sheet metal板，我是不是应该用4张，先将银色bubble的
isolation层粘在coil和furnace上，然后将后面的那种sheet metal板下端用螺丝固定
