If there was an award for bureaucratic incompetence, the IRS would win it by
a landslide.
We already know that the IRS targeted conservative groups (and not liberal
groups, though Democrats are still in denial about that one) and
inappropriately released taxpayers’ Social Security numbers. Now, Inspector
General J. Russell George says the IRS released confidential tax records,
and the Justice Department never prosecuted anyone for it.

Early this week CNN went after Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal after he
insisted that there are “no-go zones” in France, parts of France filled
with Muslims that French police would not go. CNN claimed this was untrue
and attacked the Gov. for saying there was. But for months CNN has said

文中举过以前类似的例子，这叫Bradley效应。
具体反映在，trump在网络上的支持率要高于电话调查的支持率，对3000 GOP投票者调
