的学费，人家给你免了。instate tuition application 就表示，外州学费是啥？和我
一毛钱关系都没，我不给~
所以waiver通常是给没绿卡的人= = 然后instate tuition是有绿卡的人申请的。填的表好像是不一样的~ |
