I placed order on 7/16 (Friday) with request to import number. On 7/19 (
Monday), I still couldn't online track my order. The system showed no
information of my order. So I called, and they told me that the port-in
process wasn't finished and therefore the order wasn't even in the system of
the ordering department yet. Anyway, I told them to just assign me some
temporary number first. Then my order status became available online,

idea 1) use temp table.
basically, you wanna create a view, including the report table and at least
a temp table.
when people do insert, always insert to the empty temp table first.
then you will get the row count, if the row count is small,
then insert/update it to the report table, if big, danamically create a new
temp table,
and include the 3 table into the view, so the table list in the view grows,
