external account. They now have the limit to deposit if
the external account has not been verified under your account.
It seems there is no way to verify the external account
before you open an Etrade account. After you have the Etrade
account, you could add external account under it.

GV+Softphone/device免费接打电话的替代方案。
因为步骤比较多，特另开一贴说明设置方法。
1. 注册kot.voip01.com账号。
得到号码 1234??????0. （11位数字）
在line 1填好下面信息：
password: 1234（自己设的）
2. 设置softphone/device
如果这一步有问题，建议先用PC版的microSIP代替手机的softphone/device试验。
把所有步骤都走一遍，都成功后再用设置你所需的softphone/device。
2a. 在手机上装softphone.
下面的设置在各种softphone 以及device上基本通用。

In W-7 Instuction it says:
ITIN Not needed for Form 4868. If you are filing an application
for an extension of time to file using form 4868, DO NOT file form w-7 with
it. Enter "ITIN TO BE REQUESTED" wherever you SSN or ITIN is requested.
So the process will be:
1.File the extension form 4868 before 4/15. Enter the SSN/ITIN as "ITIN TO
BE REQUESTED".
2.File 1040 with w-7 whenever you can file as a resident, In my case I will
be able to file as resident on June 1st, 2009

过一定钱数时.1040会让你不单纯填差额,还要加罚款.看你的instuction那行,写的很清
楚.
填表的时候,不是光一张表,加加减减,应该照着instruction 逐行的填,因为有的地方会
有另外的worksheet. |

不知道还要不要加利息，看到instuction上是这样写的
Interest is due at the rate of 13% annually or 1.08% per month
for any month or part of a month that a tax is paid after the
original due date of the return. Enter any interest due in the
appropriate box of your tax return.
Penalty up to 25% may be assessed by the Revenue
Administration Division for failing to pay any tax, or failing to
file a tax return, when due.
不理解这个original due date是不是指的4月15号。如果是4月15号之前补交了，是不
是就不用利息了？ |

KOT 要求G729 codec. 以下几个app都可以用G729。
有些免费，有些可以DIY，有些收费。
各有其优缺点，各位按自己的喜好，可以选择免费的或收费的。
以下优缺点是在我的一个手机上试验的，不代表一般性。
NimBuzz: play store
优点：正版免费，省电。
缺点：断网恢复时，只自动reconnect NimBuzz的服务器，
不reconnect用户指定的 Voip provider。
MizuDroid: play store
优点：正版免费，自动reconnect
缺点：用GV回拨打出电话时，MizuDroid回响铃，需要接通才往外拨电话。
不知道：是否省电。
MobileSIP:: play store
优点：正版免费，自动reconnect
缺点：在某些手机上不容易接电话。
