保对方车和passenger。说到amica，还真是来气，总是联系不上人，联系上了吧，还一问
三不知，没办法，谁叫它便宜呢，student选它也是冲这一点来的。我们的车是totally d
amaged，对方可能伤了bump，但因为是88年的ford，总共也值不了几个钱。车钱是小事，
医疗费是大事，也不知是否都能cover。而且nj有个法律，如果passenger自己有car insu
rance，则医疗费要从自己的car insurance里出，所以我们的朋友的医疗费要从他们的ca
r insurance中出，这又增加了我们的内疚感，如果他们的保险因此而涨的话，我们真是非
常非常对不起他们了。
几天前lg上了法庭，我们的事故与一般的违反交通规则的处理是一样的，如果我们不出事
的话，就更本算不上什么了。所以我们对那位幸运的肇事者有诸多的怀疑。
总的来说，感谢上帝没有让朋友受到更大的伤害，虽然我脑门上现在多了两块伤疤，但也
会慢慢地淡下去或者消失。也愿xdjm们出门 |

这种情况我也遇到过，最最关键的是，这时连生活的各种信心都没了，自己都不想再动
了，全是负面的想法，对前途绝望。我也买过Insu 想自杀过的。很多以前成功过的人
一旦受到大的打击很容易会垮掉的。不过，后来，认识了一位从大陆来的朋友，人家近
50 岁来美国做文科方面的自费博士后，其实就是保持合法身份，天天打餐馆，老婆来
了以后，帮人家做保姆，让老公边打餐馆边读书，最后花了四年时间拿到了Computer的
MS，现在一家很大的公司工作，薪水和福利都相当的不错。 孩子也上了UC LA。其实
，相对于那些国内来的偷渡客吧，我们再差也比他们要强很多啊，至少语言和素质上都
比他们强太多了。
我现在自己科技服务方面的小公司，虽然不发达，但生活没问题。 所以，楼主加油啊
！这个贴有那么多人出主意，说明海外的同胞还是非常有人情味的，有点感动。 |

那是2004年9月27号下午一点多钟，我陪我当时的roommate去local cingular
store买手机， 店里人很多，我决定出去到旁边的t-mobile去看看，我推门出去，她进
门(她后来告诉我的)，说老实话，我都不记得在我推门出去的时候，有个女生进门，我
从t-mobile回来后，再进到cingular store，发现她和我的roommate在排队，她在他的
后面，但是两人在交谈，所以我也走上前加入他们的谈话中，从他们的谈话中，我们得
知她7月份去的中国，教堂组织的，教一所中学孩子们英语，呆了两个月，刚回来，她

个月后就37 岁了，实在是不想在我现在的clinic 浪费时间了，现在对他们为什么不能
解释上次只取了三个卵还很生气。
我刚才去我公司的网站把 insurance carrier 从 Aetna 改成 United HealthCare，
CCRM 是在 UHC的 in network 。
目前我的insurance carrier 是 Aetna, CCRM 和他们没合作关系，Aetna 也不cover
out-of-network , 很幸运我的employer是家很大的公司，他们有 cover IVF，那么我
想 改成UHC 也会 cover至少一部分。
我把 Healthcare Flexible Spending 也提高了一些，这样也可以帮助一些。
今天是我们公司的 benifit enrollment 最后一天，很巧看到关于 CCRM 的消息，有时
间改，希望是命中注定，明年好孕吧.

my break even point is at $3000
over $3000, you have to use insurance company to cover.
less than $3000, say $2000, normally, after 3 years insurance increase, insu
rance company pretty much recover the money from you. and dont forget you ha
ve $500 deduction.
my agent was telling me that once you let insurance cover you the damage, it
is same fee increase regardless how much insurance company pay. call your a
gent to double check.
