2: That's why most OB will monitor you by u/s. OBs don't;
3: some insuance covers, some don't. It's up to your insuance.
My suggestion: if you really want to do iui, do it with RE instead of OB. |

也没有任何损伤。对方是俩黑人，说老公撞到他们了，后背疼。。。但也不报警，老公
电话找来警察，警察开了report说没有发现明显damage，对方不肯去er。
昨天我们保险公司电话来调查，说对方要求给修engine（￥#@%……&）后背疼。
我方保险公司不错，请来翻译作的调查。我告诉老公一定就说没撞上。
遇到这么俩无赖我们俩心情都不怎么好。想问问有经验的同学，跟我们保险的人交谈应
该注意什么，这种案子多久能了结，毕竟天天上班时间电话一个多小时谁也受不了。

一般一个月内能租掉，至少住2年，如果算每年1个月的空屋期作为维护之类的花费，每
年net租金收入=$1295*11=$14245
每年固定花费（Mortage+insurance+Property Tax+HOA）=$730×12=$8760
纯年租金收入：$5485
回报率： $5485/$45000=12%

about its works and its license and insurance. If the contractor did its
work against local building codes or do it w/o a license or insuance. You
can report it to local building official and you have the right to sue the
contractor and ask for refund of your money. I suggest you hold the rest
payment and talk to a lawyer about it. |

那种高一点点，高的不多，给我的paperwork里面，好像每个月都要比正常的多付

如果打算5年后卖房的话很有可能亏不少钱。lz算算：
买房有closing cost，mortgage interest (头几年基本上是还利息）， property tax
，打理房子的费用等等支出，卖房子还有6% commit ion，title insuance等等
如果真的要买的话就买个小的，可以用来投资房的。 |

documentation把它自己卸得利利索索的，你买的是as is，银行说它啥都不知道，你看
好后买的，现在怎么告人？
唯一能告的就是inspector， 没有把情况给你弄明白。 但这些inspector本身都是
independence contractor， 也没有啥搞头。唯一能搞的就是他的insurance,coverage
应当不会太多，但估计足以修你的房子。
所以，你应当现在再找一个inspector， 按你知道的情况，告诉让他另外做一次
inspection, 看差距有多少，问题有多大。通常，在这个gerneral inspection report
出来后，你还需要再请specialized inspector做相关的mold， water damage，
founation， frame， termite inspection. 弄完这些专业的inspection后，再找三个

次2-month check up，收到医院的账单只有$180,打针居然都不charge钱，心想美国的
福利很好嘛。但发现账单上没有保险公司的payment，联系医院提供了保险信息。结果
下次账单变成了$800多，打几针就要$600。心想，幸好保险cover。后来做了4个月和6
个月的check up，保险公司只付了$1000就不付了。打电话问才知道每年preventive
service的最高额只有 $1000，晕！！后来和医院argue，问她们为什么第一次账单只有
$180,后来变成了$800多。第一次打电话结果被告知，如果没保险的话宝宝可以享受本
州的什么program的优惠，如果under insuance（有保险，但不cover），就只能病人自
己掏钱。晕！3次check up加起来自己要付差不多$2000.我又继续打给医院，找billing
department 的supervisor看看能不能把这些账单bill 成没有保险的bill，自己掏钱
