项目管理有九大Management Knowledge area: Integration, Scope, Time, Cost,
Quality, Communication, Human Resource, Risk, Procurement。光看名字，就能猜
出个大概，所以这里就不废唇舌给名词解释了，直接进入正题。
Integration Management是真正分量最中最能考验一个project manager的知识点，也
是PM最主要的任务。当一大堆不同方面的信息堆在你的桌子上，怎样整合成一体成为一

我曾经试过多种办法提没有降解（用Bio-Rad or Agilent Bioanalyzer测integrity or
quality (RNA Integrity Number (RIN) by Agilent or RNA Quality Index (RQI)
by Bio-Rad)，不是仅仅用Nanodrop测RNA integrity or quality）的total RNA，然后
做microarray．
1.液氮研磨：RNA quality好，可以做microarray，但是麻烦和太慢（原因你应该知道

Trizol in ice bucket with ice, although my tissue was thin and tiny.

都要切。
以前作knockout的时候，读过的资料是这么解释的：所有integration都是因同源
sequence导致的。一个圆的plasmid,一个点和genoome的一个点match后，integration
往往就是一个copy进去，而一个线性的DNA片断，往往会有很多拷贝进同一个点。你要
有两个plasmid，你就只能切了，不然，两个不同点的integration很难同时在一个细胞
里发生。我作stable,都切，希望一下子能多进几个拷贝。另外，环状的plasmid的
integration可以发生在plasmid的任何地方，如果正好发生在你的expression
cassette之类，就是integrated,也可能不表达你要的东西。
切点很容易，就是找一个酶位点，只要在你的expression cassette（包括你自己的基
因和selection marker)之外就行。你知道vector的来源的话，一般公司的网站上会有

converted to a surface integral on P, otherwise we will get F(P)=0 by
applying Riemann sum on the surface integral.
The reason might be that Green's identities generally require the line
integral to integrate some "linear" transformation of the outward pointing

transformation.

且都是学术圈的，已有reference一堆，其中一份是著名的兰德公司的报告。
另外，美国和澳洲已立法限制使用脑波扫描仪，拿脑波扫描仪扫本国公民已是联邦法的

定义等价。
Zeta函数的级数定义是
Zeta(z)=1/1^z+1/2^z+1/3^z+...
Zeta函数的积分定义是Zeta(z)=Alpha(z)/Gamma(z)，
Alpha(z)=integration from 0 to infinity of x^(z-1)/(e^x-1) dx，
Gamma(z)=integration from 0 to infinity of x^(z-1)/e^x dx，
这两个的等价性还没有证明。
考虑一个具体的特例：z=2。
Gamma(2)=1，这个容易证明。
因此要证明integration from 0 to infinity of x/(e^x-1) dx
=1/1^2+1/2^2+1/3^2+...
这个也不容易啊。
思路是把integrand用泰勒级数展开，分别积分就会出现级数。
但是困难是积分的上下限是0到无穷，无法分项做定积分。
