指出extraceluular matrix的物理硬度单一原因就能够决定干细胞分化方向。那么细胞
必须具有测量外部环境力学性质的能力。物理上这只有一种办法可以作到: 对外部环境
施加力，测量外部环境的力学形变。所以有一些细胞膜附近的蛋白必须具有类似弹簧的
功能，比较自己和外部环境受力下的相对形变，探测外部环境的力学性质。此外，这些
局部的力学探测必须导致细胞内的信号传递，否则这些力学信息就无法影响细胞整体行
为。最简单的方案是force sensing蛋白受力形变，影响自己和其它signaling蛋白的相
