请教一下DS-156表上的几个问题：
26： How long do you intend to stay in US?是不是按OPT截至日期计算？
27：what is the purpose of your trip? 还能写study吗？
30：Do you intend to work in the US?
31：Do you intend to study in the US?博后算工作还是学习？

发帖数: 12623 | 44 B2签证入境结婚跟移民倾向是两码事。很多外国人专门用B2来美国结婚跟着离开。你是
用B2来美国跟着留下（无论结不结婚）才是有移民倾向。
lz老婆还申请了转H4。用B2来跟有非移民身份的人结婚跟着转身份是允许的，如果是转
去也需要没有移民倾向的身份（譬如F2、J2）。但是转去像H4这些可以有移民倾向的身
份就会有移民倾向的问题：

果合法的）可以算在你的I-864上。intending immigrant不用填I-864A；什么都不用填。
（还有，不要混淆joint sponsor和household member。joint sponsor是填I-864的，
不能跟其他sponsor合并收入。一个sponsor的household member是填I-864A的，收入加
到那个sponsor的I-864上。） |

申请人的intending immigrant也可以。只是有副申请人的intending immigrant要填I-
864A；没有副申请人的intending immigrant不用填I-864A。） |

发帖数: 24 | 49 请问老师： 我今天收到了USCIS对我Eb1-A的 Intend to Deny 的通知，主要分成两部
分，第一部分是说，从表面上看我的contribution 不够硬，你的推荐信说的都是软的
东西，要证明。Authorship 和 Reviewer这两条符合条件。第二部分说，综合考虑，我
的三条都不符，因为 contribution 这一条要说明你的东西被多少单位和个人应用了，
有什么价值，有什么能证明这些。Authorship 这一条也不符，因为所有的研究者都发
文章，为什么你的就强，就是top了。Reviewer 也不行，它怎么能证明和别人不同了。
综上所说，我们发这个 Intend to Deny 给你，不过你有三十天时间准备新的证据，我
们会好好重新审查。
请问：
1. Intend to Deny 是否就是 RFE, 还是就要拒了？
2. 我的这个是不是希望很小了？
3.一般如何应对？
