0.9%贷款。
俺的经验是先到Trucar.com查各地区成交价，留下你的信息邮箱询价，各dealer的
interet部门会给你发信报价，然后给他们打电话砍价，问他37000行不行，如果不行就
让他给你报他们的最低价，一定要书面的，email也行。然后拿一个最低价打印好到另
外的dealer去面谈，一般他们都可以beat100或200，然后再给那个网上报价最低的打电
话，告诉他有人比他们报的还低，问他能不能再降。如此反复，直到满意为止。
要决，一开始不要表现的一定要买，但也不要太没有诚意，如果dealer报价不满意就立
马走人，这时一般他们都会做一试探给一个较低的价钱来挽留你，这时你就可以抛出你
的最低价，然后告诉他如果答应马上就买。
一般在非周末时间更好讲价或周日下午，最好是下雨天，人少，生意清淡，特别是碰上
一个一星期没做成生意的人，少赚点他也干。 |

not sure if there will be inflation, maybe deflation. 2. what do you do with
your large amount of cash in hnad. investing in stock is too risky now,
saving in money market account gives you too low interet while you pay much
higher mortgage rate.

muni bonds in general.
the durations of the 10-yr and 30-yr notes have reached 8.5 and 17.5
respectively. that's way too high in my opinion compared to the historic
averages.
as for the munis. last time when i screened, most investable issues were
issued before 2007 and don't mature for another 10-15 years. so they were
based on the projections established prior to the financial crisis.

you can tell your boss that another company wants to hire you, but you

Without refinance, the interets after 5 years will adjust ALL THE TIME.
Although index+2.x is low for now, doesn't mean they will pay with that
interests for next 25 years! With interests rate going up, which is expect
to be soon, those 5 ARM will face very high interests soon. |
