发帖数: 221 | 9 首先感谢大家的祝福。穷人一个，就不发包子了。在版上学到很多东西，无以回报，就
总结一下我的经历。时间拖得很长，具体时间可能会有些出入。
Background：心血管方面研究，千老一名。
2009年中，我开始着手准备NIW，找的是Zhang律师事务所。折腾了半年，12月初递出，
圣诞节前就approved。当时喜出望外，想试试EB1a，结果被律师拒绝，说我需要有审稿
的经历，或有大奖。当时想审稿是多么的遥远，又没什么奖项，就此打住了。实际当时
USCIS好像在放水，我的一个朋友2个reviews，1个poster prize也过了。当时争取一下
，结果可能就不一样了。
2010年11月，我拿了个AHA 的young investigator prize，并有一些媒体报道。
2011年3月左右，选了Y律师准备EB1a。Y说young prize已经不管用了，可以试试媒体报
道。同时建议我积攒reivew。在这半年里，一下子积攒20个reviews（都有impact
factors）。

发帖数: 576 | 10 想把正pending的485从EB2 interlink到EB1， 打电话给移民局， 一路选1过去， 一开
始接线的人倒是很快就接了， 问了一通几乎不能解决啥问题，他的作用是分诊台的护
士。 就是把我的电话再转到相关人等， 这一转就很久， 昨天说平均等候时间是９１
分钟， 最后等到下班了。 今天重新打， 平均等候时间是４９分钟， 有了昨天的经验
， 觉得４９分钟好少啊。 设置call back了， 希望能很快打回来。
这打个电话真费劲， 还不知道能不能办成事。 而且只要打电话， 别的事情都做不了
。
大家有什么好的经验？ |

人去process - interlink 140 to eb1.
问能不能给配偶做同样的request， 她说要配偶自己打电话。
问她要不要做service request， 她说目前不要。

此前有一个两年前的EB2I140，PD还没到。
问题：
是不是基于EB1的485与以前的EB2 I-140没有任何关系？不需额外做任何处理
网上怎么发现有所谓interlink之说，还有人说他的A#for both I-140是一样的。

we have filed both 485 with my PD last year. now her attoney asked us to pro
vide her 485 receipt to interlink with her pending 140.
they said interfiling won't slow down her case and it will be a backup plan
if there are anything wrong with my case. if anyting wrong with my case, it
might be too late to start interfiling since interfiling itself takes months
.
Our concern is that interfile may make INS officer confusing with her PD and
slow dow her case.

经历过一些事情，给大家做个参考。
1.SR
我是2011/05/27的RD。3月21号的时候TSC的Processing date更新到2011/06/02。我立
刻打电话，要求SR。同时也给参议员办公室打电话求助。今天是15天限期答复的最后一
天，终于没有需要我再找他们。
2.485 interlink
两个不同的律师跟我说过不需要做。一个批了，另一个自然就会拒了。事实上今天我作
为主申请人的绿卡接到批准通知后半小时，LD作为主申请人的就拒了。
3.H-1B
140批准后可以三年一延，无限期
h1b没有了之后被迫以EAD工作以后，h1b还可以re-instate
4.PD
EB3的PD可以给EB2用
5.AP
用AP回国不影响现有的h1b
绿卡是自己的事情，一定要事必躬亲，每一张表都要自己复查，有问题都要律师说清楚
。我们家5个劳工卡，4个是Fragomen办的，总的来说还是有一定质量保证的。07/07的
时候fragomen是派律师亲自递送485到USCIS的。公司里的律师不懂移民，最容易坏事。

我是11年的EB2，如果someday in the future，我的EB2 current了，我们file
interlink 485，就是占着两条线，哪个先到批哪个？我一直以为一边file 485了，另
一边就撤了。。 |

让等，本来今天计划去找议员办公室要求帮助，结果今天一大早就收到邮件（网站也更
新了）。
处理SR的IO挺快，8号assigned to him to response，11号就确认relink上了：
邮件内容：

. Our records indicate that the underlying petition for this Form I485 is

刚收到USCIS Card/Doc in production 的邮件，律师看了信给我说Cong！！
感觉运气很好。特别感谢教我如何催绿的朋友，还有感谢一起等待了4年，BB了四年，
从骂公司开始，骂到DOL，再骂到USCIS的朋友。希望大家都快快绿了~

F家律师管理混乱，EB3 140 已经批了两周也不告诉我，我还在傻等律师 file PP，后
来主动去问才知道多浪费了两周，不过他们马上当天就file interlink， 还算给力。
一周前找congressman查状态，结果问出来说 name check 还没有clear，当时还挺沮丧
，怕赶不上这波绿潮 EB3就退了，结果今天意外收到短信 说 card production.

排名第三的彼得堡的state hermitage museum，拍过电影russian ark，就记得金碧辉
煌，没看到什么画……
排第15的Yale Center for British Art我也常觉得比英国的画廊都好……小而精致，
各个时期和画家的代表作收集得很精，介绍也很精，看完印象很深。建筑也很宽敞明亮
，令人愉快，不过太亮是不是对画不好。
有个Doha的Museum of Islamic Art。希望有机会去。
台北故宫上榜，北京故宫没上，倒是北京的789工厂榜上有名。说最近有一个Duchamp
and/or/in China的展览，到六月中截止。听着挺有趣，不知道goldy去看过没。
第50名是波士顿的museum of bad art，听着很好玩，有人去过吗？
