标 题: 电工 | 用breaker interlock简易接入发电机

嗯，去年sandy的时候很惨，停了两周电，到第三天的时候弄到了一个发电机，因为要
开暖气，但是暖气的两路电，一路在家里的总panel，另一路的车库的100A subpanel，
所以当时是索性冒险直接将发电机接入家里的整个电网，唯一的保护措施是把家里的总
开关关死，然后沾上层层胶带。。。电来了以后马上把所有临时的线路拆掉，怕被人查
到。。。
现在大半年过去了，怕又停电，LD提了好几次，终于在上周末按规范把发电机电路完成
，不怕简陋，摆上这个版来聊以充数，贻笑大方。
code的要求是你需要有一个装置，确保让utility company和你的发电机不能给家里的
任何一路线路同时供电。绝大多数人用的是transfer switch，这个电路接起来比较麻
烦，而且不太能解决我们家的问题。

我做了如下测试：
- 纯计算.
- 12 core xeon
- 200 concurrent threads（大家都说200个太浪费，我当然没坐过此类应用， 不过我
测了12,24,50,100,结果都差不多，没提高多少）
- one big array: long[20000]
- every thread handles 50,000 interlocked.increment (get random item from
the array and do increment)
- total number of interlocked.increment = 1千万 (10M)
average time spent: 0.2 second.
也就是每秒50M. |

系统主要特点：
- 多线程。(老魏没有给出具体多少个线程，假定100个吧。我的12 core intel xeon轻
轻松松100 thread）
- 无锁。
- 单机。
数据结构：
1. 全国1000条线 (X1, X2, X... , X1000)， 每条20个区段 (S1, S2, S3... S20)。
2. 每条线的每个区段的票的总数计为:T[X1,S1], T[X1, S2]....... T[X1000, S20]
抢票程序（注意举得例子是联票）
1. 100个thread处理收到的请求
2. 每个请求包括三个参数（线路， 起始站，结束战). 比如（234次列车, 济南， 上
海）。 （注意， 234次列车是从沈阳出发，到上海的, 济南是第5个区的开始，上海最
后一个区段的结束）
3. 计算过程就是把234次列车从济南到上海的每个区段的票数做interlocked.

Interlock, as the time told, locked the two hands too tight.
interlock, bascially, is good for the smaller palm/hand. it means if you
think you can't grab the club naturally, you can use interlock grip (or
change ur grib to smaller size.)

interlock也表示出悔恨之意。
个人发现interlock有使杆平面upright的倾向，overlap的杆平面相对比较flat。

实不是问题。
问题是上机箱内装interlock和occupancy switch,你就得专门为这2个switch装台单板
机，申龙显然不是因为不懂才不装，而是为了cost down. 如果装了这些，第一次出现
松动的时候电梯就应该shut down了，电梯shut down后要开启得等专门的technician来
开,而且会有error code知道哪里出了问题。这样的话就不会死人了。 |

见，得找个人看），我可以试试听你说的'click' sound。
自己DIY估计不行，不过能在找别人修时自己有个概念也很开心了。
还有如果是shift interlock问题大吗？贵吗？
最近刚找honda dealer换了interlock，是个recall，当时说是防止开车时钥匙可以拔
下来的问题什么的，不知道和这个问题有关吗？

和车主交款前，伊告诉我一个隐藏的毛病说有时候这车会shift lock
还说用一字口螺丝刀戳一下shift lock就好了
今早发现这个问题在俺的身上也真的显灵了
youtube上还有怎么解决这个破问题的视频呢，我晕
我现在的确学会了怎么解shift lock的问题了
但是，这意味着每次启动和每次停车都要戳一下阿
网上一搜，碰到这个问题的nissan user还真不少
有说是刹车传感器上 interlock 线圈 的问题
有说是 'Brake Interlock Module'的问题，也许这两个是同一个东西
part的费用$200-300吧
现在恨死这种伪手动档了，我们知道很多直行换档的autotransmission的扳手的左侧
都有一个非常方便的shift lock release的手动按钮(一只手解决问题) ，
而nissan的很多车就没有这个方便的设计
非得借助个平口螺丝刀戳一下才能shift lock release（必须两只手才行）
想 请教一下 有没有碰到相似问题的nissan driver？

I believe the shift interlock only prevents the shift from being moved OUT
of Park without the brake being applied, (they were an outgrowth of the of
the supposed Audi 5000 unintended acceleration issue from the 80's). Your
transmission may balk at shifting from drive to reverse, but that is not a
shift interlock issue. I confirmed that this morning in my 2007 car going
from D to R with no brake applied, no problem, (at low RPM; high RPM could

interlock的优点是直接装在主盒子上，相对便宜，可以给整个房子供电（不是同时）
，这就比较灵活。比如说，如果你有个7000w的generator的话，你甚至可以使用dryer(
5/6000w),只要你把其他的都关了。缺点一个是每次使用，心里得有数哪些可以同时开
，哪些不需要的需要关掉，当然这也不算什么缺点，比较容易克服。最大的缺点，是来
了电也不知道，得通过观察邻居:).
transfer switch， 我这里指的是2/3百块的10线路左右的，如果是大的, full house
的那种，价格昂贵也就没啥其他缺点了。线路少的ts相对于interlock,缺点就是你必须
事先选好需要的线路，一般说来你不会选dryer, ac之类的用电大户，那么停电的时候
也没有简单的方法用generator启动它们。
我打算装ts, 最主要的原因是我现在的盒子上的breakers满了，没地方加breaker接
generator.
另外，我发现市面上有两种ts, 一种是Reliance Controls, amazon上有，这种安装最

i barely remember some comparision among interlocking, overlap. it's really
hard to say which is good.
I am using interlocking. and it works well for me. actually, i nver tried to
other grips.

我以前是interlock，就是给该过来了。
现在觉得overlap更好些，主要是感觉有多点控制。interlock还是太僵硬了。
我现在握球杆的手上的压力是一点点，所以很多次球杆都差点飞出去，特别是我还不带
手套。

不过，99%的可能是更快。因为Sandy Bridge只锁cache line。
这就是为啥我强调1条线路20个区段，就是说用单线程每秒500万次也不会有任何压力。
我不会留下1%的不确定性的。
还有99%的可能性是，多线程interlocked，比500万次快好几倍。这都是设计余量。 |

你错了，票是有限的，不能超卖，所以必须有锁。而且是多车段，多车次的冲突。不过
魏公公号称要单线程搞定，是不用锁。
一台服务期最多可以起多少thread不太了解， 我的一台12个core机器跑500个线程做运
算处理基本就滩了。
假设以500个线程同步来跑就意味着每个线程每秒需要处理1万张票。按照老魏的算法，
说白了每张票就是InterlockedIncreament 的操作，所以问题简化为所有的core能否一
秒处理500万的interlocked increment。我的分析对吗？ (数据全都在内存，似乎也没
有地方需要用锁) |
