I'm testing protein interaction in the post-synaptic density (PSD) fraction
of brain tissue. Usually, we use 1% SDS to dissolve the PSD pellet. However,
we're now planning to test protein interaction with IP. Can anyone tell if
1% SDS interupt protein interaction? what about 0.1%?

Haha. That's good. 我最恨的就是poisonous。有Healer在旁边照着，
可以专心cast spells比较好。反正一直好的队伍，战士，魔法师，僧侣

Healer有没有区域性的能让魔法师更focus的skills? 现在Ranger和

毕竟离家还有100多mile。半夜，路上也比较荒凉。
车子是7月才买的Accord 2014，第一次在美国买新车，不知道roadside assistant这个

fundamental的东西，比如CPU time， interupts， multi-processor，就必然牵扯出
很多硬件知

No more mouth to mouth CPR . This was changed in 2008, but it is being re-
emphasized. If you see someone down in the parking lot, ask them if they are
ok, if they don't respond, just start chest compressions.
NO mouth to mouth.
No more "look, listen, and feel" for breathing. Just start compressions. This doesn't apply to hospitalized patients or ER patients. In the hospital, you can have someone bag them

周五做了furnace maintenance and duct cleaning
两个分开做的，第一个半小时不到就做好了，检查+洗filter。
第二个迟到了，就一个白人小伙子，从1点半忙活到4点半，我还以为一个小时就可以搞
定的。。。
不知道和那些劳模的方式是否一样，这个用大管子连到furnace上，用机器吸，这个机
器大概很powerful，需要两个不连在一块儿的插座，否则容易跳闸。然后每个duct口子
都用东西盖上以防漏风，就那么吸，然后用电动毛刷子去每个口interupt一下结块的灰
尘，差不多就好了。我也不知道这小伙子为啥忙活这么久，他对房子里面duct的design
做了很多comment，有点罗嗦：-）不过人还不错。也给了一些有用的建议。。。
收费是15块一个duct口，air return一个是30块。另外给我的furnace maintenance打
了点折扣。好像本来是139，打到119.家里一共9个duct口，一个没算钱，另外
reconnect了一个什么大管子，一共花了300不到，应该差不多都这个价钱吧。

他说，vi和emacs的最大差别是：表面看vi用两个mode换取少击键次数；emacs用多击键

这背后的差别其实是emacs用（手的）肌肉记忆换人脑高层次semantics的简单。
也就是说，emacs通过多击键的手部机械低级记忆，简化了编辑器的semantics，令用户
的大脑可以关注于编辑的内容,使用户在高层次的object-level的编辑时不被meta-
level的mode切干扰。
相比之下，vi使用人脑explicit的涉及semantics的切换来换取手部的少击键。
想象一下：随着操作的不断熟悉，击键多的代价／消耗越来越小，而vi每次必须通过大
脑的semantic interuption的损耗和对用户编辑的干扰并没有明显下降。。。

个，而且物种不够丰富；个性也不明显，都是那样的豪放搞笑型。看完记不住什么队员。
当年三部曲拆开来看都是很精彩的，这个前传还是应该过几年合起来看更好。近期还是

time working , I was always interupted. Now I want to concentrate and try to
finish step 1 in half a year from now on.If someone already have some
basics and want to quickly review FA or q-bank , I suggest to set a study
group to encourage each other, otherwise USMLE is really a tough and long
way to go.
By the way, your plan is very good. If you can exactly follow this plan, I
think you can get 99. |

very young. here responsility means those tiny things,including doing light
housework. he never did those. Everything is controlled by his mom. when

， 不可能有专业的医护人员。 我就从来没有碰到过一例。 我认为这一改变非常好，
把CPR简单化了， 大家更容易掌握。
如果我们在运动时， 比如打网球时， 有人突然晕倒了， 第一步就是问病人怎么样，
如果没有反应， 马上开始胸部按压。 不用口对口人工呼吸。
（ NO mouth to mouth. No more "look, listen, and feel" for breathing. Just
start compressions.）
别忘了同时打911.
当然在医院，做法可以不同。 不多说了。
