折中的方法是利用开口 A-B-C，然后C-A自己买or用其他航空公司换
最好的路线是 利用加航的这种2W游玩两个东南亚热门国家 例如新加坡和日本 连着玩
这样的机票用钱买要5000+以上 但是利用加航和BA的组合 很可能成本控制在 2W+1W BA

不是每个case一开始都能找到原因的。
呼吸机上呆久的大部分都得肺炎。最后死于感染的也很多。
那个case太长，俺没有时间去读，就算读了，也帮不上忙。希望宝宝能慢慢好起来。
俺自己手上就有个新生儿重症监护住了一个多月了，2 chest tube, one intra
cardiac line with a balloon, one A line, one central line, 心脏手术好几回了

第一次高院判决Fisher案的时候，法官主流观点指出，德州大学必须列出他们所做的努
力，來证明他们已经尽力尝试了各种与种族无关的因素，來达到他们认为的AA能带来的
各种好处。之后才能考虑种族。
所以这一次德州大学的理由是，我们通过了top10%的录取方法，但是还是不够，因为发
现了在top10%的学生当中，同一种族内的多样化还是没有做到。（intra racial

Fisher的律师指出这个“同一种族内的多样化“是一个新的观点，没有在以前的判例中
提到过。
法律博士，毕业于比藤校还有名的谷歌大学的鱼园评论，Fisher一案的律师的这个观点
还太弱，德州大学的新论据再新，它也是论据。

放在自己观点里啊，亲！不引用法条，不引用判例，那谁都可以做法官了。
UT的理由包括了一个新鲜的词，intra racial diversity。但是我邻居律师反驳说，这
个词以前从来没提过。
具体解释呢，就是UT认为头十趴里的黑人还不够多元化。简单说就是要无限细分。
另外，就算是现在的高院，也不止一个法官反对多元化，不过这个不重要，从1978年
bakke案到现在，所有判例都承认多元化的好处。

NO: The previous one MA20 > MA50, up trend
