如果利率不能少0.5%，我觉得不做refi也罢，费工夫不说，还有点hidden的charges，
即使你做的是no-closing cost refinance. 而一次次的refinance,赚钱的是loan
officer~
数学好的同学给算算解释一下我的理解对不对：你每个月少的monthly intrest and
principle,有一部分是因为利率降低了，另一部分，是不是因为把原本只剩下25年还清
的钱，拉长成30年还清了~ 当然啦，你付的总利息没有增加~ （这个总利息到底变没变
，要看看你原来的Truth in Lending Disclosure和Amortization Schedule,以及新的
利率下Truth in Lending Disclosure上面的总利息数，我数学太差，脑子不清楚了~）
Loan officer说no closing costs，但是有hidden的一点钱，你去签字的是偶签的文件

了试纸。后来决定不生有很多原因。主要是觉得自己都没出柜也不知道啥时候ready出

不过现在想来，幸亏没生，我觉得当了妈妈之后总是把自己的娃的best intrest放在首

要是有了娃，我领导估计早上五点中就踢我出门赚学费，脖子上还挂了张大饼（因为要

衣。
