I read the detail. If the Ph.D. filed immigration petition within three years of graduation, then it is qualified for the exemption.
Actually, for most of Chinese employment based petition, it is popular to have one Ph.D. in a family. |

家里有只原住猫，不到一岁的男猫，半年前他还是小奶猫时从shelter领养，很聪明，
也很active，每天我在家一直follow我，粘人，晚上睡我卧室的。对我合租住另一卧室
的室友很友好，但因没试过和其他猫共处，不知他和其他猫是否能和平和谐相处～
现在想养二猫，两岁女猫，据shelter的工作人员告诉我，她被resue时是野猫，还在
nursing五只小猫，刚被fix，很laidback，和foster family的猫相处的很好（其实是
她不太和其他猫玩，也就没有冲突…）
因为原住猫和新猫没共处过，我有点担心，不知道他和她是否能get along？我能做些
什么呢？
