If V=max(ST-K,0), then it's regular call.
If V=ST, intergral it we can get C0=S0, which conforms with our intuition.
However If V=ST^2, integral and discount I got C0=S0^2*exp[(r+sigma^2)T].
My question is why it's not S0^2? which is my intuition. What did I miss?

For point 4, you not only solved this problem, but also point out the
drawback of long a straddle when the forward value is close to the strike!
We indeed should switch the position and short the straddle instead!

The former is more associated with the p-value intuitively. Plus, if
variable is itself very significantly, WaldChiSq has more scale to reflect
the changes before and after the transformation.
Visual check is very intuitive and effective but not efficient. My macro can
find optimal transformations for 50~100 variable in about 15 mins which is
very helpful in early screening stage.

你不要把methodology和theory弄混了。
建model更需要的是intuition。
1994年Tibshirani提出Lasso的时候，并没有相应的理论，这就是典型的methodology，
有intuition和一些简单的分析就足够了。
2004年Peter Buhlmann第一次证明了即使p以n的指数级增长，在满足一定条件的情况下
，Lasso recover true mode的概率可以指数快收敛于1，这种才是理论。 |

Transformer，能向你浏览的英文网页自动加注这种基于 PIE 方案的小记号，清楚表达
英文发音（目前支持美国英语口音）。
这个项目有三个用处：
一、英语非母语者可以用它在浏览英文网页的同时，学会正宗英语发音！
二、英语国家的儿童可以用它来识字，正如中国儿童用汉语拼音阅读儿童读物一样！
三、你也可以把一句用 PIE 形式表达的句子发给你的朋友们，给他们一个惊喜！
Yao 坦言，目前国内市场上类似的英文注音方案也不少，如搜索“简易音标”可以找到
很多结果。这有点类似当年汉语注音方案层出不穷（如国语罗马字、北方拉丁字，以及
后来的汉语拼音），或者当年各种汉字输入法“万马奔腾”的局面。因此，一个方案的
好坏取决于：

古希腊语的语法异常复杂，很多复杂的关系不需要分析就已经体现在了语言形式中
比如动词有7个时态，三个语态（主动、被动、中间）
而汉语（以现在的汉语为例）要表达那些细微差别就不是那么intuitive了
这不是说中国人无法理解那些语义
而是说要在意识的层次把那些差别描述清楚，就需要多一份努力，因为语言工具不那么

这个问题有点闹心。
什么叫一秒？是一小时的1/3600，一天24小时，一年365天。
可见时间是由地球绕日头决定的。
那我要问：外星球呢？年和天一定不同于地球，因此会有不同
的时间概念。
这也解释了为什么天上一天地上一年的神话，根本就不是同一
时间系统，不一定是什么相对论的问题。
还有，在蚂蚁看来，人的一秒像它们的一分钟，你认为蚂蚁活得短，
那乌龟还认为人活得太短了呢。动作越慢的动物，相对时间活得更长。
时间不是绝对的，是你的感觉而已。
再往深了说，时间是不存在的，是因为你感知了周围变化才有时间
的概念，一旦什么都不变了，时间就停止了，呵呵，但愿你能理解。
总之，干什么事慢点，长寿，但别停干事，至少要喘气，好让时间走。
