Google会来一次 Patent Challenging 运动，把很多专利 Invalidated。
专利一旦成为阻碍创新的恶势力，专利的存在合理性就收质疑，尤其是软件业的专利。
我个人觉得，软件业的专利只能限于那些独创而又深刻有用高效的算法，其他软件的专利应该全部 Invalidated。

A. This would leave gay Californians without the right to marry in the state
and would tell the roughly 40 states that do not allow same-sex marriages
that there is no constitutional problem in limiting marriage to a man and a
woman.
Such an outcome probably would trigger a political campaign in California to
repeal Proposition 8 through a ballot measure and could give impetus to
similar voter or legislative efforts in other states.

不懂很正常撒，啥都懂的是百科全書。
做了一點點research，wiki 說用by extension 不是法律名詞，
判決本身針對德州刑法的條款，不過implicitly invalidate 其他州的相似條款，
應該是說其他州的相似條款在判決生效當天也不再適用。
至於還有沒有程序上修改的問題這得問憲法學的人。
各州的同婚 constitutional ban 跟刑法條款可能有點不一樣，
如果未來某個判決針對某個州的州憲法同婚禁令做出裁決認為其違憲，
是不是也能 implicitly invalidate 其他州的相似條款，
俺不確定。
因為州憲法和州刑法立法的條件不同，
米國是憲法至上的國家，最初是先有幾個州的憲法才有了聯邦憲法，
各州修憲的程序也不太一樣，
一紙高院判決要延伸適用到好些州的憲法，
不知道高院有沒有做好準備。

我的疑问：现在的新驾照是要求每年去更新temporary visitor status，我只是没有去
dps更新信息，驾照会被认为是invalid么？驾照有效期是2010-2016，驾照expired的处
