，别的inventors可以以后加上. AIA 以后，加减inventor的手续容易了许多。所以是
不是可以在美国file provisional只有你的名字，在中国只用对方名字，因为你们都有

foreign filing licence？ 但是那样算不算在美国递交了专利申请呢？另外我还想到
两个处理方案是：
方案A：我在美国以两个人名义（joint co-inventor)递交provisional patent，然后
我们可以自动获得foreign filing licence, 然后我以两人的名义(joint co-inventor
)在美国递交正式专利申请，再在中国以我一个人的名字(sole inventor)递交中国专利
，这样没有中国发明人在上面是不是就可以保证中国专利有效了呢？
方案B：我始终以我一个人的名字(sole inventor)递交专利，不牵涉中国发明人，这样
是不是就可以先在美国provisional patent,然后再美国正式专利，再到中国申请中国
专利，这样是不是就可以保证两国的专利都有效呢？

如果一个CAD MANAGER连INVENTOR和SW的优缺点都不知道，开的就活该了！
如果认为INVENTOR和AUTOCAD兼容的很好，那就是大错特错了。往往从2D转向3D的公司，
总以为INVENTOR和AUTOCAD同一个公司的产品，所以设计的兼容性一定没有问题，这也是
那些所谓的CAD MANAGER们选择INVENTOR的主要原因。
我在这里可以做个大胆的预测，如果AUTODESK公司还是用现在这种开发理念，不出十年，
AUTODESK公司将被完全淘汰。就象现在CADKEY。

claims on those that I deemed as common practices, or at least semi-public
knowledge. Furthermore, I am not even sure whether they are qualified to
entitle themselves as the originial inventors. Is there anyone who has
experience in this can tell me what the routine is for USPTO to verify whether
an idea is original, and whether the inventor is a true inventor? just by
protest during pending? |

toCAD白送的Inventor，结果毛病多得要命，根本不能用．最后公司大头急了，生把那个
ＣＡＤ manager 给开了．
今年换了SolidWorks，大家学了不到一个星期就基本上可以自己设计３Ｄ ＰＡＲＴ了，
挺好用． |

copy，都要收附加费用，似乎在1500美元一个的样子。
Coin3D比较便宜，不过看他们网站比较图，而且最新的更新在2010-03-03，不知道他们
是不是还active的维护程序。 |

if stl container dynamically re-allocate space, then everything is fucked.
not everything you can reserve fixed space, and any push_back can
potentially crash application, it's a pain in the ass. Maybe you can pass
allocator to STL template parameter, but I rarely see any library can not
work straight with STL.
Also the quaternion class sucks, I have to take Ogre source code and redo it

住在美国，另一个人是中国公民居住在中国，我们的目的是想在中国和美国都获得授权
保护，像我们这种joint inventor应该是怎么样申请才既合法又有效，目前我能想到的
是以下三种方案：
（1）先申请US Provisional Patent, 然后申请正式的US Patent，之后再在中国单独
申请中国专利。
（2）先申请US Provisional Patent, 然后申请正式的US Patent，之后以PCT形式进入
中国。
（3）先在中国申请中国专利，然后以PCT形式进入美国。
据我了解中国专利法好像有规定说中国发明人的专利应该先在中国递交，如果先在外国
递交再在中国交就会无效，因为我们的专利涉及在中国的发明人，会有影响吗？同时我
又了解到美国专利法也有类似的规定，说是在美国以外的国家递交专利之前要先朝美国
获得许可(Foreign Filing License)才能在外国先递交。不知道像我们这种joint
international inventorship是怎么处理才是合法又有效呢？谢谢！ |

Foreign filing license对于绝大多数专利都是自动跟随filing receipt来的，不用你
操心。而且以专利而言，在美国比在中国大得多。你还不如file个EPO的呢…… |
