我的唯一一个invited talk跟你第一个一样，本来邀请我老板去，老板没空就让我去。
不过确定下来以后那个会议还是给我发了email确认我是invited speak，这个email我
打印出来做证据了。至于一开始邀请的是谁，你不说没人知道。而且我也不觉得之后才
邀请你含金量就降低，因为重要的是你去做了那个invited talk，而不是邀请你之前还
邀请了几个人，说不定邀请你老板以前还邀请了其他教授，那些人没空才邀请你老板，
这些都不重要
另外会议都有program book，把所有talk都列出来，有些还highlight了哪些session的
invited speak是谁，这些我都去会议网站上打印了出来
还有我的一个独立推荐人是来听了我那个talk以后我套上的，我在他的推荐信里加了一
段说invited talk都如何如何 |

我过去给这个Journal review 过paper。 因为Journal不牛，所以review paper的
invitation letter都是主编直接发email给我问我想不想review, 主编的email也没有
什么固定的format，看起来不是很专业。
因为申请绿卡，所以我问主编能不能提供一个formal book review invitation letter
。主编说没问题，你给我个模版吧。
我给各位大牛的问题是，如果主编的邀请我review paper的email都不是很正式的话，
如果把这个book review invitation letter弄得太正式了，是不是显得比较假啊？ 还
是让主编直接发个email book review invitation算了,和以前保持一致。

然后我在推荐信里面说，这个research太重要了，不信大人你看xx年的时候这个项目是

invited presentation/invited talk么？
如果算，证据就是年会发的email，里面内容讲到"invite you to present your paper
..."。 但是，这种email会有一个大大的title---"notification of acceptance" 或
是“abstract status update"。看起来不是因为你特别牛所以邀请你talk，而只是因
为你的abstract被接受了然后相对还不错，才被邀请talk。当然，这种talk在年会是很
多的。
不知大家是怎么算的？
还有，这些年会abstracts往往已经被计入publication或是conference abstracts,现
在invited presentation不过是重算一遍，这样可以么？IO会觉得有问题么？

过去24个月开了5张卡（citi aa, premier, amex bce, bbr, fia，不算AU）, 信用分
数770+, 收入填了10w. 之前申其他银行的信用卡都是instant approve。。。
之前从来没有chase的信用卡（有过副卡），今年6月刚开的chase checking
和 savings，估计跟chase关系不够紧密？没想到chase 5/24这么严，踩线都
不行……
求支招：再打电话有用么？另外，今天要不要再接着申一个不受5/24的卡呢，反正今天

where we can request an invitation letter for inviting family members. But
that system is only for F1 or J1 students (there is a form where we need
to check either F1 or J1 for the status). I just got my green card
recently, should I still check F1? If not, how should I obtain the
