it. I didn't want to spend time doing research before I actually drive one
and like it.
I liked the car. I told the salesman I am buying a minivan within a week
or two, let's don't waste each other's time, give me a reasonable price
and I will come back next weekend to finalize the deal.
He went back with $31,985 which is exactly the invoice price (including

最好能砍到invoice以下， 再加上TTL 就是OTD价了。
TMP应该是EDMUNDS根据市场价统计的，不过我一般都不看。 |

如果不包括厂家的rebates，你能砍到otd价比invoice价还低的话，要么你是砍价大牛
人，要么这车不好卖。就算有人做到，我也不会以这为目标砍的。否则买车会很累死的。 |

Dealer是Mountain View BMW，build-to-order 6 weeks 。MSRP $55,175最后谈下来$750 over invoice, $51,645. 加上现在家里还有一台E90所以估计最后提车时还能拿到BMW那个$1000块的loyalty rebate。 有一个朋友3个月前拿到这个deal所以我找了同一个sales，没费什么口舌就拿到一样的价格但是坚决不愿意再降。不知道是不是目前坛子里option最多的X3 35i了。不过为了避免无谓的X3高配 vs. X5低配这个争论，我简单说说最终选择X3的理由：
1. 和大家一样，我喜欢开车，对我来说车的操控和性能是first priority，即使是SUV

比 invoice 还低 500。 Navigation Credit 另外扣。
好像为了$700跑去纽约也不值了，虽然离我这也不太远，还是不清楚为啥纽约会便宜。

而且远超过incentive的量
最后买的车比invoice-incentive还多 你跟我解释解释这到底是为什么呗
车行叫你说的这么善良诚实为什么上来就整个msrp+ttl给我们报价 就自己精好像别人

消费者1 买了当时最新最好的型号 不管是不是最贵的
消费者2 买了当时最便宜的型号 只考虑了尺寸 而不管是什么品牌 什么成像方式 是否
4k 3d hdr smart 刷新率 反应速度 motion blur ,back light bleeding 等等其他
消费者3 等感恩节便宜两三百的时候买 而价格是唯一考量
消费者4 不买
不过你说对了一个问题 即便亏本卖的车也算销量 而车行之间互相比的首要参数就是销
量 车厂才不管你是赚是赔呢
不过本田是规定你可以低于invoice卖 但车行主页不能所有车价列表低于invoice广告 |

大概是2%到3%。所以，dealer真正的成本应该是Invoice-holdback-incentive。 合理
