就像我解释过很多中国人不明白为什么教会会有一些人无偿给别人教英文，无偿做义工
等。
我也解释过车行之间互相调车内部会计互相传真成本报表的invoice和市面上能查到的
invoice也是一样的，车行和车行之间需要互相骗人吗？
那些不相信车行invoice的消费者大部分都是被车行看贬的，车行觉得这些人出的价太
不可思议才不得已拿出invoice来好意告诉客人说你的价格太离谱了。
invoice的确是越来越高的，因为车越做越好，加上通货膨胀，竞争激烈又要把msrp压
低，所以利润的确不如以前。正如许多人知道，卖车并不赚钱，赚钱的是后续的服务。
特别奇怪的就是那些质疑dealer invoice的人，既然你不相信，决的车行拿所谓的假东
西骗你，那你还为什么还厚着脸皮让车行降价呢？干吗要和自己不相信的人做生意呢？
既然你觉得骗子还有钱赚，你干吗还要让骗子赚你的钱呢？逻辑不通。
难道车行拿出一张纸说其实这个车我们真实的invoice是9千块，谢谢你用1万8买了，让
我们赚了一倍，你难道会觉得这个dealer太诚恳了。哈哈哈哈哈。

invoice就是车行的一部车子的进货价，很多网站可以查，以honda为例有的时候会有两
三百款钱误差，因为有时候因为即便同是2015年的车有些是2014就产出的，有些是刚刚
出产的，所以根据原材料物价，通货膨胀的因素，本田同一年同一型号的车的invoice
也会略有不同。
最准的invoice车行里面一定级别的人可以从本田内部网站调出来，上面有写具体某个
车的vin number，我们车行被客人要求看的时候会打出来给你看，目前我不知道是否像
某些人说的车行会打个什么专门给客人准备的invoice出来给你看，就本田为例，
invoice纸上有车行名字，车行选用银行名字（有规模的车行的车都是银行贷款买的）
，车行上属集团公司名字，车子的invoice价，运费什么的都明细列出，而且有车行编
号的印花。比如说下面图中灰色的void字的部分，本田invoice纸上水印是若干个车行
的编号。
为什么有些车行不给你看invoice呢？因为有些人根本不相信这个东西，甚至出的价格
比这个低很多（在没有incentive前提下），那么这时候车行出示给这些人看的时候到
反会被认为是在耍花招之类的。 |

invoice上有sold to, ship to, vin, invoice number & data.还有个详细的item
list列出了msrp和dealer cost,所有dealer cost和edmunds说的一模一样
但是这个invoice上并没有一般网上说的manufactur logo,就是一张白纸上列出了些信
息.板上也有人说现在有的厂家会专门给dealer一个顾客看的invoice.
怎么判断invoice真假呢? 谢谢. |

版上大家说的低于invoice 多少多少指的是哪一个invoice？

量存在。此外顾问说，很多本田dealer在打广告invoice+1元的价格，哪怕不算雇员成
本，考虑到你进dealer至少能喝杯咖啡，试驾至少要烧油，那么invoice+1也可以认为
是低于invoice卖车。
不需要懂车或懂dealer运营，只要懂逻辑，就能想明白，低于invoice卖车，只有两种
可能：
1.dealer会赔钱。
2.dealer不会赔钱。
情况1又有两种可能：
1.1 dealer宁可赔钱也要甩卖，说明本田车太烂，不受市场认可，dealer纷纷认倒霉。
1.2 dealer并不打算真正在广告价格赔钱卖车，实际是bait and switch。常见手段包
括强行搭售accessories，extended warranty，高利率贷款，无理压价trade in等，导
致实际售价远高于广告标价。
情况2，只有一种可能，即dealer的成本价低于invoice。
顾问不妨解释下，实际情况是1.1,1.2还是2？

发帖数: 199 | 20 well, 看给你项目的人是私人朋友还是正式的翻译公司。私人就没什么问题。如果是公司的话，你在invoice上不需要提供工卡号。有的公司认真，几十块钱也让你填 w-9。有的是满几百块，到了向 IRS报 1099 的额度才让填。至于你是不是在合法挣这个钱的话，只有你自己查一下了，我不清楚工卡和签证的要求。
你的第一个问题，invoice模板。一般来说，需要提供你和对方的地址，联系电话。日期，PO号，你自己的invoice，项目简介以及金额。你可以google 一下找个模板。
还有，这个发invoice，收钱的流程是这样滴：你做完项目，向PM或accounting department发invoice, 然后30-45天收到支票。一般是如此，如果你要通过 PP收，或者是要对方15天之内甚至马上付款，需要提前说好。当然如果是私人朋友则可以忽略此流程。我一般遇到的情况是，朋友之间互相帮忙的项目一般一周之内就付款，当然并不一定如此。 |

有一辆98 Camry（里程175000 mile)准备Trade-in. 而后谈价钱。开始Sales Rep.给了
MSRP价格时，我就马上给他看准备好的有关Odyseey invoice价格的资料。出乎意料，
他很爽快地同意以invoice卖出，我还是嫌贵。然后他的楼层经理出来跟我谈。结果更
出乎意料的是楼层经理居然主动提出低于invoice一千的价格让我当场拿走，并且愿意
把旧车Trade-in价格提高到2000。当时差点有些目瞪口呆，但因为自己不确信还能砍多
少，最后还是没拿走。
问一下高手，dealer这么做是因为即使略低于invoice卖出也可以赚一大笔吗，还是想
先提高新款的销售量以提高竞争力(据说Honda Odyssey 2011刚开售不久，并且销量不
乐观)，或者是更深层次的其它原因？谢谢。 |

上问价后大多数dealer都给了invoice+TTL.
我们不想要option package但是dealer的回信里还是列出了已经装的一些package,每个
dealer有点细微差别,所以他们的invoice price也不一样.
关于接下去email砍价我有些问题:
1.invoice price里面有holdback, volumn discount之类的.我接下去是不是应该问每
个dealer愿意在invoice基础上降低多少? 然后让降低的少的beat降低的多的?
2.不想要的option package怎么办? 能去掉吗?不能去掉的话现在email里就砍价吗?
3.有的dealer没我们想要的颜色,这个应该能砍价吧,email还是当面再说?
3.对一些可以negotiate的杂费比如documentation fee,现在email里砍还是以后当面再
砍? dealer给出的documentation fee都在350+,太黑了吧.

福特的车价格是这么算的：
你先去edmunds上查invoice，dealer会告诉你这个是进货价
其实这个不是真的invoice，真的invoice是他标的那个价格再减掉3%的当前配置的MSRP
，这个叫holdback
然后再在那个基础上减掉factory rebates和其他rebates
注意factory rebates不同地区不同，有的地方多有的地方少.其他rebates可以有学生
的500和private cash 750
private cash能不能申到看运气，可能是福特根据你所在地区当前的销售情况来决定发
不发的。不一定申的到。假设factory rebates是2000，你又申到了private cash，又
是学生，那你可用的rebates总共是2000+500+750 = 3250

notice email。 在货箱中也只有 packing slip。数次联系 customer service，回答
说 Order confirmation email 上就包括有 Invoice 所需要的所有内容，可以当
Invoice 用。当我们再坚持要 Invoice 时，居然就没有人回答了。
请问有人遇到过类似的情况吗？如何才能要到 Invoice ？

同样一款车，2011相比2010，没有改款，变化也几乎可以忽略不计。但是，比较一下
difference，差别接近$1000啊，这是为什么呢？

invoice是公开的，网上都一样。然后dealer＂告诉＂你这invoice就是他们从车厂的提
车价。
只有从车厂进车的真正价格不可能告诉你（估计也难算出来每一辆的，毕竟人家是批发） |

先要看invoice，然后按照Invoice要OTD+60mo 0APR。这里10%的税。最后税前27000，
死活不肯低了。最后OTD要到30000整，0 down, 60MO 0% APR，连税/Fee都finance了。
回头想想，还是觉得该狠点，似乎改invoice 减3%要OTD? |

appears on the invoice that the manufacturer sends to the dealer when the
dealer receives a car from the factory.
Please note, however, that this price is almost always higher than the
amount the dealer actually ends up paying to the manufacturer. This results
from a variety of discounts offered to the dealer that do not appear on the
