这些自然食品，拿来真正抗辐射没用，sold out的那几种药，都是含量达到130mg per
tablet的，含量低点的source natural的那个，也是32.5 mg per tablet（多吃几片可
以达到130mg)。每天服用130mg potassium iodide，连续14天，这是在受到辐射情况下
的官方标准，不是吃几片木耳就可以搞定的。
没卖光的所谓含碘的药或者维生素，含量只有几十mcg (1mg = 1000 mcg)...
我同意楼主的说法，应该是被管制了，而不是卖光。我折腾了一天，上午在网上搜，下
午跑了几个pharmacy，都是没有了。Vitamin life的给我说sold out in all
department stores, get one as soon as u can find. 我不信这些人动作这么快（
redmond QFC旁边那个pharmacy说他们收到hundreds of calls要order这个药，他们也

叫propidium iodide，manual上面说的不清楚，没看出来到底是常温还是37度下使用，
还号称incubate15分钟就可以了。请问一般的类似染料是啥温度下使用？如果37度下放
时间长了会不会失去荧光啊。 |

一半是ammounium iodide的端基,一半是-O-COC(CH3)2Br的端基.M大约3000.查了一下文
献，基本上都是测中性高分子的，除了加Matrix外还要Sodium salt作为cation agent.
我的Matrix用的是2,5-DHB,salt试了NaI和sodium trifluoroacetate.但都不能得到任
何信号，除了在低分子量附近有DHB的峰，剩下的都是噪音。DHB用于高分子的MALDI好
吗？salt选什么好？谁有经验的指导一下！3ks! |
