Optical based sequencing is able to generate reliable basecall with 20 DNA
molecules in a clone. With this number, pH based signal will be very noisy.

say which strategy will win in the end. |

我们住在city, 属于无车一族，一个人出门既要买菜还得推着宝宝，家里travel
system的stroller实在是太笨重了～
目前考虑重新买个新的，一定要轻，好推，所以city mini是最佳选择～
可是呢，city mini下面的篮子太小，东西放不了几样，推车的把手上也不能挂，到时
候一只手提东西，一只手推车更累～
所以目前考虑跟city mini一个轻量级别的valco ion。
不过说实话，样子我实在不喜欢，可有没有更好的选择，有用过的mm来给我的草浇浇水

用nlite slipstream sp3和sata_ide里面的驱动到xp的iso中 （如果已有镜像已经是
sp3，就只用slipstream sata_ide里面的驱动）。刻盘或者用usb启动安装就可以了，
不需要用compatibility模式。
最后再补充一句，这些用ion chipsets的电脑商实在是太不负责任了，到现在也不
release个for xp的驱动列表出来。 |

发帖数: 3964 | 49 早就想搞个NAS了。本来准备参见团购买国内的U-NAS，可是团购一直迟迟没有消息。适
逢thanxgiving硬件的deal比较多，加上两年多没有装机有点手痒，索性快速搭配搞了
一个Atom 330 ION平台的home server。以前没搞过小机器，最近突击学习受益不少，
顺便把工作流程拍下来，供自己和也想搞HTPC的同修们批评参考。
基本要求是低功耗，至少能装3个（最好4个）三寸硬盘能上RAID5，1000Mbps网卡，这
样适合做NAS。另外要能下载和播放放各种电影取代我正在用的全尺寸media PC。CPU无
所谓，足够支持以上应用就行。其实这是可以用一个NAS加一个Dell Zino(或者acer
revo）来实现，但是NAS和播放器之间下载上传完全是浪费资源和带宽，所以最后就定
了用Atom/ION做小server，兼播放器和卡拉ok。
配置如下：总投资按今年的thanxgiving价应该在450～460
主板：Zotac Ionitx-F-E，这个比较贵$180也没有什么deal。本来准备上150块的D-E的
，可是看中了F-E的 PCI-E扩展槽，将来可以加更多的硬盘 |

NAS+HTPC成本功耗都要增加。ION另一个优点是发热少，适合拥挤的小型机箱。这个机
器CPU/chipset没用风扇，靠电源风扇和侧面一个低俗的12cm，噪音很低。
准备装win7，BT/eMule/CVS/mail server/卡拉OK/MediaCenter |
