来多少（HMO类的copay算便宜的），事后有问题找人也费劲。
2.常规洗牙管牙龈线以上，下面的属于深洗
3.对于需要补的牙，glass ionomer通常是前面牙才cover,后面只给cover黑的amalgam
（除非自掏difference）。不需要补的地方你非换，就是纯美容了。

2. 看牙咋省钱？
有保险的考虑适当拖延。到下一年可以用新报销额度。
自费买dental insurance：一般premium几百/年，一年最多报销两千，外加
waiting period，所以不一定合算。临时报佛脚的情况就不要考虑了。
dental discount plan：在参加计划的诊所可以立刻打折。比如Aetna Advantage Dental。
收入确实低的，在本地找免费或low cost诊所。这些地方可能有eligibility要求，很多只提供有限服务。
去附近的dental school clinic，给学生做小白鼠。
自己跟牙医去讨价：前提是在看病以前讨，不要狮子大开口。
多问问题：有无非完善但廉价的其他治疗方案、哪步不一定做、是否去征求second opinion...

发帖数: 2099 | 4 现在的趋势是补牙不再用amalgam，现在牙医都用resin，还有用glass ionomers。最后
一种是目前比较好的，如果牙医说补牙的材料会释放fluoride，就是这种。
在California,根据Prop65以及court decision，凡是超过9名雇员的牙医诊所，必须明
确标识补牙时候使用何种材料，如果使用amalgam必须警示amalgam对人类是危险的，否
则肯定有官司可打。 |

发帖数: 4445 | 5 Yes there is controversy. Some dentists have stopped using amalgam totally.
So far most controlled studies show amalgam is generally safe. But
materials like composite resins or ionomer are getting better, almost
catching up with amalgam in strength.
You could probably get whichever you want. Just be aware of possible price
changes.
BTW the crown is a separate issue. There are metal, porcelain-fused-metal
and non-metal ones. Noble metals like gold, platinum are often used, but

polymer in water from water in polymer system. In my case, it is Nafion
ionomer.
Some groups think even in dry state, Nafion still has the polymer in water
structure. I think it is weird. As the Babinet priciple states: due to the
autocorrelation property of scattering, we cannot tell the positive or negtive
image. So A in B case will give the same scattering as B in A.
Am I right? |

separated by 40-μm-thick hot-melt spacers (Bynel, Dupont).
还有很多文献中都用这样的spacer. 我打电话给Dupont, 他们说文章弄错了，这些
