多吃一些含铁量高的蔬菜吧，比如 spinach, collard green.还有beans, lentils,
chick peas, soybeans.还是不要吃red meat 好，因为同样多的calories, veggies
contain more iorn. 还有要避免coffee和tea，coz those will inhibit the uptake
of iorns.

A US company that encourages researchers to outsource
their experiments online last week launched its eBay-like website,
scienceexchange.com. Science Exchange, based in Palo Alto, California, hopes
that scientists will post experiments on the website, and that other
researchers and institutions with the facilities and expertise will submit
bids to do the work. Elizabeth Iorns, the company's co-founder, says that
this could speed up research and use facilities more efficiently.

do a search at amazon for Le Creust or Staub, you will see such name brand
cast iron enamel cookwares are extremely expensive but are highly rated. |

发帖数: 5500 | 8 slab底下的管子一般是不会坏的，比如pvc的粗管。自来水貌似不走地基下。
老房子如果是slab，下水管是cast iorn的，可靠性差些，会锈蚀被树根钻进来。但地
基下那部分更稳定，貌似树根不容易进来，因为有一圈比较深的地基保护。
slab的房子抗白蚁腐蚀能力很强，因为少了一个祸源。唯一缺点就是铺实木地板时要防
潮气上来，一般用防水胶隔离。 |

I am a beginner, why I like them is because of their sexy look.
However, I compared with my friends Taylormade R7 set and clevland
laucher set, I feel X-18 is easier to hit to me as a beginner.
Right now I am very happy about it :) |
