母乳里的铁少，但是吸收效率比配方奶高很多倍。过多补铁也会导致对铁吸收效率不高
，影响锌吸收，甚至对长大后的铁吸收也有影响。具体看link。

铁剂都很难吃。enfamil的那个我娃怎么都吃不进去。硬灌进去，能把胃里吐的干干净
，有奶吐奶，没奶吐胃液。放在奶里的话，量少可能还将就，1 ml加进去，人家奶完全
不吃了。而且，铁剂，放在奶里，会影响铁的吸收。从吸收率讲，最好是空腹的时候吃
铁。但是空腹更容易刺激胃。所以，很难权衡。
我家后来用了my kidz iron。味道是好一些，但是靠的是high fructose corn-syrup掩
盖的味道，即便这样，我娃还是吐了好多次后，才慢慢习惯的。 |

8道菜的晚餐，基本上不能吃饱。
第一道，toro tartar
toro 碎里面混了点碎排差，上面加点鱼子酱，放在淡酱油里。我好像在iron chef 的
节目里见他做过。
吃起来非常一般，剁碎的toro没有质感，一点点鱼子酱，装门面，起不到挑味的作用，
陪的一颗杨梅还不错。
第二道，3个生蚝
三只小蚝，侍者没说是什么，应该是sister points.
三种调料，对亚洲食客来讲都不陌生，除了蚝很鲜之外，没啥好说的。
第三道，油泡白鱼
好像是白鱼的生鱼片，上浇热香油，热辣椒油，酱油，再点一点海胆。
实际效果很差，泡油鱼能好吃吗？
第四道，鱼生色拉
里面的鱼生水平很高，绝对高货。可是色拉是拿酸醋拌的，醋和生鱼不配呀。
然后上了个清口的汽水，开始热菜，明天再加。
第五道，烤龙虾半只
龙虾上有一点辣的粉，配一种奶油吃。
现在不是龙虾肥的时候，季节不对。
其次上的是boston龙虾，不是太平洋龙虾，味道差很多。
第六道，烤牛肉
烤的不错，陪的几种小料都不错。
牛肉是wagyu, 不是kobe，如口不化。

is.
i don't know what happened on my swing, i began to hook balls now, especially,
for talyor made iron sets. but i am pretty o.k. with tileist. Even i hit fat,
the ball still goes straight with less distance.
on the other hand, steel shaft is a little bit heavier for me, after having
gotten used to my graphite shaft.
i am going to try more tileist iron sets today.

1. The shafts are "uniflex", which means they are between R and S. But I feel
they are more "R" than "S". Maybe because I've been hitting a low
handicappers' iron set before and those are very stiff.
2. The soles are very thick. The advantage is it's very easy to carry the ball
into the air with these irons. You dont have to worry about digging into the
ground (matt) when hitting fat - the thick sole will keep the clubhead
"floating" on the ground. T |

cavity back.
is there any particular reason that make u want to do that switch? may i ask
you what your handicap is?
the only people i know who can consistently hit good shots with blades are
single digit handicappers, most of them low single digit. there are a lot of
single digit handicapers who use cavity back irons these days. these irons are
straight and forgiving, and many are capable of working the ball around. |

I have been watching posts from pros like ET all the time.
ET suggested Taylormade RAC OS-2 for beginners. I have been playing a mix of
cheap iron clubs for more than a year. I broke 100 now, around low 90s. I
decided to award myself a good set of irons.( I have been playing Cleveland
Hiborne driver).
I read the review aboutn RAC OS-2. It seems that it is a nice set for
slicers coz it makes special compensation for most beginners who tend to
slice. My tendency is to hook the ball, though. |

hook. But the equipment plays a major role for the ball flight too. My
usually ball flight of irons is staight or fade, hardly hit draw or hook.
But recently, i hit with another set of iron whose lie angle is more upright
than my current set, suddenly, 80% of the shot went to left with some ugly
hooks. So my point is, maybe a properly fitting session can resolve the
