resistant,这是stem cell 自有性质还是induce的很难说.楼主好像以前也发帖支持过
stap概念？我觉得与其在这里发帖，不如自己去重复（或者换条件）去证明stap这个概

在70年代中期，第二代太阳能电池出现。这次以amorphou silicon为主的solar cells.
结构与c-Si 有了很大的不同.a-Si solar cells is basic on n-i-p 为一个single
cell.
其中加入intrisic layer aSi inside to get eletron-hole pair under irradiation.
这是主要的区别。
和第一代c-Si为主的solar cells 相比，他的优缺点如下：
优点 ：1）制作便宜很多－－－PECVD施主要的制作a-Si solar cells 的工具。这是
产业化非常重要的意义。
2）从1.1eV to 1.7eV,a-Si has 10 times higher optical absorption
than c-Si.这样就可以把cell做的几乎是10 times thinner than c-Si solar cells.
这样就变薄。

2. 尽管这不是主流物理方向，但是从目前来看，太阳能是最有可能在2020年以后代替
石油成为主要的能源形式的，围绕着太阳能的利用，需要新材料，新器件，新工艺，算
是物理应用的一个重要问题吧。
3. a-Si 最主要的缺点是不饱和键对载流子的吸附，不过工艺简单，造价低廉，比起其
它材料都有优势。如果纳米线/管能在两端都做上电极，大规模的做，呵呵，吸收效率
肯定比较高。当然，这又是一个梦想。。。。
4. 自从美国2005年通过新的能源法案以来，新能源的投资在增加，这也是一个机会吧。
